It's because of the staff here, I've been able to throw away my pandemic leggings and reintroduce denim into my life. I love how wearable every item is, going from casual to dressy and can be worn for multiple occassions. Perfect for a work from home mama like me. Their accessory section is top notch -- I own several earrings, necklaces, and belts that have held up (and even get better!) over the years. I pick up a pair of sandals and sneakers every season and have found that their selection is comfortable and stylish as well. If you want to ask me what I'm wearing, it's Madewell.

I waited in line for about ten minutes before she acknowledged that I was standing at the register. I gave the associate my last name and the other associate walked to the back to look for my order. She said it wasn't back there. She had the other associate walk back to find my order. It was in the box that was delivered yesterday July 31, 2026, that was never checked in their computer system. They were very rude, not user friendly at all. The associate, acted like she didn't want to be bothered and wanted to rush me out of the store. After she completed my transaction for my 50% off, she handed me a bag and said, you can put your items in the bag and walked away. I waited for her to return to the register and asked could I have my receipt? She said sure and printed the receipt and basically tossed it to me. Needless to say, I will never return to the store because of the lack of customer service skills they have are not what they should be. I am very unhappy with the way I was treated and the lack thereof.

The formal section is not as extensive as their other location but it was plentiful and they also carry plus size dresses as well, making them more inclusive to whoever may visit. Unlike the location in Pentagon, they have more dressing rooms which is a huge plus!!!! So there is not an extensive wait for a room. The ladies here are sweethearts as they periodically checked in with us to see if we needed anything and assisted in getting a few dresses down. They were always accessible and even assisted with recommendations throughout our visit. Check out was a breeze and if you do buy a dress, they have garment bags for them as well.

Long lines at fitting rooms (the teen staff decided only one section of the fitting room would be opened) and long lines at checkout. The checkout person (with lots of glitter in her hair) was quite curt - we only bought one item that was on clearance. Maybe Hollister is trying to be the Abercrombie of the 90s but with a twist?
