Great story behind on how he started. However this locating has been disappointing in my last visits. When you enter the store, there use to be a greeter or someone near the door welcoming you. Now you see an employee near the door, stuck on their cell phone. Not a good look! Just imaging if someone was a mystery shopper from UA or someone from the company visiting. This location is somewhat smaller to the ones located in the malls. I noticed that the selection for woman is a lot smaller. I love UA graphic tees but at this location was was very limited. Clothing is expensive and sales are very minimal. The Freedom shirts which are my favorite. Ran for 2 for $30, however you must buy 2 shirts to get the deal. If you buy one. You will have to pay the full price for a tee, ($25). My most recent visit, when I was in the womens section, a nice female employee greeted all the customers that entered and offered her assistance. Though I was looking at sport bras, she tried helping me find one in my size, and it was out of stock, she went to find out which nearby stores had it. The best time to come is during the week. The weekends are the worst time to come. Lines are long!

The team member didn't say her name (nor did I think to ask) on the phone call, but did inform me that the outlet store sells the masks, at the same 2/$40 promotions currently being offered at non-outlet stores. She also offered that the Anne Arundal Mall UA location also had the same inventory stock on the masks as the Clarksburg location and that due to supply and demand, the colors of masks (other than the charcoal and black ones with chrome logo) are not as available. It was a short, but comprehensive phone call, and I am grateful for the attention I received from the team member!

This store only had 2 other purses that were similar to the one I had, so there was not much selection as the colors were similar to each other. I looked at purses, but most were not the same (this is just based on preference). I was informed that the outlet stores won't carry much of the selection I had. I ended up getting a blanket that was deeply discounted. I only get Vera Bradley items when they are on sale as the regular price is always too high no matter which store you purchase items from. Overall, they had great selections and a wide variety of items. The employee that helped me was amazing.

I stopped in and looked around and Michael, the salesperson, asked how I was doing and if I needed anything. I had found a pair of gold sandals and asked if he knew which colors clothing would go with it. I am terrible at color coordination and likely mismatch my attire. He said that he wasn't sure because apparently he has been wearing shades of brown with black and was told they don't match. Lol. I texted a friend who is trendy and stylish, but she didn't respond so I asked Michael if he had the same sandals in black. Fortunately it was my lucky day and they did. So I decided to purchase the black instead of gold thinking that it would match with more stuff. I am happy with my purchase and hopefully they are comfortable. Only time will tell.

The store is well organized and color sorted. The manager rang me up and was very personable, patient, and attentive with my questions. Specific items are steeply discounted, and other items are closer to regular prices, and sometimes they're both covertly placed to one another, so you have to read (and reread) all sale signages and verify prices because most (if not all) items are final sale. One star deduction due to the other sale associates not being as helpful and friendly in assisting me, but overly watching my every move in that store...iykyk.

Theory is always sending me emails being like "Right now: 70 percent off of practically everything in our store!" Well... it's like 70 percent off like 10 percent of things. And that 10 percent of things is originally priced at like 400 dollars. So most all of their clothes there I would say go for in between 100-350 dollars. It's not cheap. THAT SAID! A few years ago I went to buy a light jacket and I stumbled into Theory for the first time. I saw this rack that was marked at 80 percent off, and there was this beautiful black jacket on it that I ended up buying. It was the most I've ever spent on a jacket... up until this most recent visit 0.0 BUT! It is easily my favorite jacket, the quality is TOP notch, and it has held up like an absolute champ for all those years with no real serious signs of wear. I believe in the products. Which is why when I was looking for a nice winter coat, one of my first stops was Theory. Luckily... they were having their Black Friday sale... which means I ended up with this BOMB winter coat that has down in it. It is so incredibly comfortable, warm, and you can tell is constructed expertly. I also ended up with this cute little bomber style jacket and a sweater. The saleswoman there were as helpful and friendly as can be. Because it was their Black Friday sale, and SO much of the store was marked at deeper discounts than it's already pretty deep discounts, I spent an inordinate amount of time in that store trying SO many things on. I felt the need to joke to the saleswoman that I'm probably gonna spend so much time in the store that the shifts are gonna change (it was 10:30 in the morning for some context). There was this one absolutely stunning wool coat that I put on and ALMOST bought, but with how much money I was already spending on the other stuff, I really displayed the most meager amount of will power ever displayed by a human being and put it back on the rack. Even though the saleswoman were super nice and were telling me how good I look in it, and don't worry, I agreed. I just couldn't justify that purchase at that time. So... I'll probably go back tomorrow before the sale ends... I mean... if it happens on two separate days... it doesn't count right? Ugh... that coat was so nice. Like stop. Just stop.

I would have better luck at Nordstrom or DSW. They are not a full service Ugg. It's better to shop on line. The selections are somewhat limited. A plus though, you can return online orders here than dealing with the hassle of shipping it back to Ugg which takes more time.
