Haley, the PA, is also great at what she does, is just as easy to talk with, and is equally compassionate and friendly as Dr. Penzi. I briefly met with Dr. Gratch, so I can't say much about him yet. He listened to what I had to say, though we didn't have time to discuss everything thoroughly. He seemed busy, so I look forward to continuing the conversation when we have more time. The couple's suite was super clean. A dimly lit room that had two perfectly laid out heated beds, an electric fireplace, and two elegant boxes to place our clothes inside. I loved the music that was lightly playing in the background. The instrumentals created a warm and relaxing environment. It felt as though our 90-minute session flew by, but really, I don't think we would've ever wanted it to end. It was that good! Rose-scented facial mist, Hot Stone Massage, everything was wonderful.
