I trust her suggestions, and she lets me know when I don't need anything done in a certain area (filler is addicting and I'd probably look crazy if no one told me no ;)). Zero results out a lot of $$$$. SCAMMER!!! DISHONEST!!! James definitely dilutes his injectables which makes them less effective and makes clients have to pay more by needing more. "Your injector should always open the package for the syringe in front of you. All legitimate fillers come sealed in a sterile package. If your injector opens it in front of you then there is no way they could have tampered with it" however I entered a room with syringes prefilled and opened on a tray. I wish I knew about this tip before it would have saved me a lot of money and I would have had actual results. Also his gigantic office manager is super aggressive and intimidating she stayed in the room with us dead eyeing me with her arms crossed over her chest. Do yourself a favor and go to a facial plastic surgeon. read more

I have visited this place twice now and was introduced by a friend back in November. I have had both fillers and Botox here and both times was seen by Cassandra. Let me just start by saying that I have always had painful experiences with my past injectors but Cassandra is amazing in that department. It's not easy to get me to relax when I have my lips and Botox done but she has a way of doing it that it's not only quick but totally painless. I get Botox done once a year. I decided to go here and not my regular person cause he's over an hour away from me and someone recommended me to him. He suggested dysport which I never received before. Over 3 weeks went by and no results. They had told me the day of my appointment I should not be able to move any of the areas I received dysport. Well it looked like I didn't get anything done plus I had horrible break outs right after on my forehead which I never break out. I called to let them know, they made another appointment for me to come in and get a touchup with Botox instead. Mind you, I get Botox once a year for the past 4-5 years. I have never had this problem with 60 units, not be able to move my forehead for at for least 6-7 months. My body takes well to it. James told me my body is probably getting use to it. Well I had called my other guy up to see if that was true. It's not! unless your getting it done every 2-4 months which I don't. It's been Well over over a month since my touch up and my entire forehead can move. I can see all my lines. I called to let them know, the girl I spoke with said it was my body getting used to it. So they blamed it on me? Maybe they water down their products? I don't know...but Im Very disappointed!! Waste of money and my time. Be nice if they refunded my money. read more

James Christian Cosmetics made me feel like I was in Manhattan on 5th avenue. The quality of service, even before stepping foot into his office is five star. I was skeptical since it was my mom and I's first time doing anything like botox or fillers. After hearing about horror stories about bad reactions, phony fillers, and botched cosmetic procedures we were always super hesitant to touch our faces. We gave it a shot since two friends had been trying to convince us for years that his work is trustworthy and flawless. Finally, we took the leap and we could not be happier!!! He makes everything so convenient. If you follow his Instagram page, (which is the business name) he has monthly specials, which is always nice. What I love the most is the concierge's phone number listed on the page, which you can text and schedule your appointment or answer any questions you have. They'll even text to confirm your appointment! James has two offices, one in NYC and the other in Commack, LI. We went to the Commack location and it was so clean and super chic! I literally felt like I was in Manhattan. James made sure we were both very comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. He would constantly ask if we were okay and reassured us the entire way. If there were any piece of advice that I did not consider is to give your self at least two weeks prior to any major event like a vacation, wedding, party for your procedure to heal and settle properly. Bruising and swelling is a normal part of any cosmetic procedure, so don't be alarmed if you experience that. We both had minimal bruising, if any at all because of how gentle and precise James was with his injections. You can tell that James treats each patient as if they were family. His passion for making you feel beautiful really shines through in his work. I can guarantee you that my mother and I will be forever clients and I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to all of my family and friends. I'd even go so far as to say that no one else but James will be touching my face. I'm moving to Miami, Florida for medical school and I'll make it a priority to see him before I leave and each time I come home to visit family and friends for any touch ups I need.
