My Name is Bryan Salamone and I have used Dr. Messina for a year. I came to him to get my wife's tattoo removed and I was surprised that he was a very accomplished MD. I inquired about his Botox and "fillers" for my wrinkles and to look younger. I came to Dr. Messina after seeing an ad in a local paper. I am 60 and wanted to look younger but couldnt afford downtime. I was also afraid that I would look fake. Dr. Messina listened to everything I said, asked for old pictures to see how much I changed which was what I think a fantastic idea and reassured me that going conservative would get me to my goal. He said we can always give more but we cant take it away, which I also liked. He filled my lips nicely and used only 1 syringe. I love them they look full but natural. He also thought I could use volume in the cheeks and gave me a syringe in each. I love them, I love him he is the kindest , caring doctor I have ever met. I went to see Dr Messina for laser tattoo removal. I heard a lot of things such as i will be left with a scar and the pain is unbearable. Dr Messina explained to me the process and corrected my misinformation.
