Then, I was surprised to hear that most people don't get numbing cream for Botox with her. I didn't trust that so made sure to have it put on. Nevertheless, she was extremely gentle and it was a very good experience. I'm so happy that I gave her a chance and trusted her - definitely don't regret it. Will definitely be back!

But…read morethings have changed there dramatically ..you can't even get an appointment by phone ...you have to text and they don't answer you back sometimes. You have to text repeatedly ..that right there just makes me nervous! That as well as the fact that Dr. Romero goes away for very long periods like a month at a time to his "farm" in the Philippines... Whatever that means and leaves his nephew who he says he trained personally and who is not a doctor nor a dermatologist nor an aesthetician to do his work. He did some work on my face and I was not at all pleased with the results. When I mentioned it to Dr. Romero he became completely standoffish. I had never made a complaint about anything in the entire time that I've been there and I gently described to him my issue and he told me that it was all in my head that from where he was standing it looked great. Well it did not look great and I'm not going to have somebody tell me that it's all in my head. Several other reviewers here have said the same thing about him for years now. He cannot stand one drop of criticism. If that were my customer I would not treat them the way that he has treated those of us who have brought up a concern about our treatment. Very unprofessional also very un compassionate. I now go to a board certified dermatologist and have never been happier. That is all.

The office will not give you an estimated cost for the procedure you are interested in and has you schedule a $250 consultation with the Dr. where he spent a few minutes in the room and then was able to easily tell me the cost of the procedure. As a physician, I knew his cost would be on the high-end but it ended up being triple the "average cost." So, if anyone is interested in under-eye vein removal, the cost is $3750 to save you the $250 consultation fee. I urge the practice to become a bit more transparent with pricing.

I canceled literally almost immediately so why I have not gotten a refund or even a phone call is beyond me. I have not heard one word from any of them regarding the hives my reaction or the money I paid . This is the most unprofessional uncaring despicable practice I have ever had the displeasure of entering. Do not go to this man for anything! If you do not believe this review please by all means reach out to other reputable practitioners and ask them what they think of this so-called doctor .
