Even with 2 French drains, rain would leave the yard a marshland and cause a mud wash toward the back door and across the walkway to the garage and driveway. Arturo's expertise and the painstakingly, precise labor of his team in the demolition, regrading, revision of the French drain system, and reinstallation of the yard is nothing short of a miracle for us. The job was completed just before Beryl. For the first time ever, the patio remained dry and we could even walk in the yard without sinking several inches into the mud after a rain.
