The crew arrived on time each day, I was introduced to the supervisor of the project and felt comfortable asking questions as they came up. They were very respectful of my property and cleaned up every day before they left. At the end of the project my property was pressure washed and looks better than ever! She cut me off and stated that she had left a voice message; however, I did not have a voicemail or even a missed call so I provided my number again. She stated that he had some availability in about a hour if I would be home. I said great and the guy showed up within the hour. He examined my window and stated that he would have to come back Friday or Saturday with a ladder to check out my roof. I stated great I will be home all day on both days. He stated the office would give me a call to set it up. I provided him with my number to make sure that they had the correct number on file. I never heard anything else and didn't even bother following up because of the poor customer service. If my house was too far, job too small or they were too busy I would rather be told that than ignored. This is a tale of two companies…read more I was not happy with the technicians at all. The lead tech jumped to conclusions without doing a full system review, changed out parts unnecessarily and was difficult to deal with as he knew all the answers. The owner, Chris, however was extraordinary. I texted him with my concerns. He came out with the techs a few days later, agreed with assessment and adjusted the bill to remove the unnecessary costs. That sort of honesty and commitment to customer service is very rare. Buyers must always be aware of what work is being done but to have the owner step in like this surprised me. I'm confident Chris will be making some changes, at least through training. I would recommend the company.
