Do not even call this "limo" service number - they do not have an office location, and none of their drivers have ever driven the pictured Cadillac. They charged my credit card $240 but failed to actually schedule my family's pickup and return from Europe at DTW! And when I called to confirm the arrangements 72h in advance of our travel, they denied ever hearing of me, despite the card charge. So, I find out later after that call - when they stated arrangements were now confirmed - they entered a completely new charge for $336 which I was never able to recover. Numerous phone calls with Roger who apologized he wasn't in his "Office" to check the computer, lying that he "thought the refund had already been paid", also formal efforts by my credit card issuer to cancel the charges were all useless and efforts. They are expert scammers who could never get away with it in any other country. I even question whether anyone among their many employed relatives actually has a valid chauffeur's license, let alone a green card. Don't even call these losers! read more

My friend made a reservation under her name, for a ride home after a concert at Little Caesar's Arena on 7-3-22 for 11:00 PM. She called the driver and asked if he could come at 11:30 instead and they said yes. The driver proceeded to show up early, demanded we leave our concert and wait outside for him because "he has to go to Ohio after us so can't wait on us". We proceeded to leave when he arrived and went to the agreed upon location. He was not there and did not make us aware of this so we were going up to drivers trying to find him. He wouldn't answer our phone calls to find him so we kept calling until he did. When he did answer I could not understand him. My friend took the phone and he told her we need to come to him because the police made him move, so we asked he send his location. He was parked a mile away from our agreed upon location. We started to walk and were taking turns based on Google maps instructions and before we know it we were in an unsafe area FAR from the venue in downtown Detroit. I called him and said he needs to come to us because we feel unsafe. He said ok send me your location and we did and then he proceeded to put me on mute, hung up on me after 10 minutes of no communication just him sitting on mute and me trying to get a response, and then started sending me phone calls to voicemail. We called the company and the man who answered argued with us and was very rude. He must have gotten in contact with our driver because I eventually got him to answer my non stop calls. He said he was on his way. 10-15 minutes go by and I call again and he requested my location again! Which made no sense because he said he was on his way. He eventually got to us after much arguing with him and the company itself and he didn't get to us until 12:30-12:45 am. He then proceeded to argue with me in the car and spoke with someone on the phone in Arabic while driving through his car. This was unprofessional & scary. We 100% need our money back; a full refund. Don't use this company. So scammy; they will overcharge you so much more than they quote and include the driver's tip in the charge. Just order a lyft or Uber ahead of time, it's cheaper and safer! read more

I called them for a ride from DTW to Windsor. I then called them to inform them that I just got the result of my Covid test and it was positive. I asked them if they are still willing to take me. Their response was negative, and I fully understand that. My surprise was that they charged my credit card for the full amount of the trip, and now after about 4 weeks of the incident, several phone calls, emails and promises that they would refund me nothing happened! read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!! Police had to intervene!! Negative Stars!! Scarest ride of our lives. This is my first non-food yelp review, but I feel compelled to share my family's horrible experience. Sure, the driver was 30 minutes late to pick up my wife and children to take us to an early 6:00 AM flight to Miami for a Disney Cruise, but that is just the beginning of the nightmare ride. For the record, there was no snow or ice on the roads and it was a very clear morning. The driver was unable to find our house, even after I spoke to him twice in the morning. Also, I was told the car would be a new or near-new luxury sedan or SUV, when in fact, it was a very dated, beat up, dirty and not well maintained Chrysler 300. I sat up front, where I had to give the driver turn-by-turn directions; even having to program his Garmin for him as he didn't now how to operate it. This is where this story takes a horrible turn... The driver's speed constantly fluctuated between 50 - 80 mph once on the freeway. He drifted across lanes multiple times and would slow to almost a stop when a car approached form the side, or if he was about to pass a vehicle. His troubles were so obvious that I first thought, "he's either blind or can't see well enough to drive at night". It was early morning (5:00 AM ET), so assumed this was the reason. I asked him to pull over at the nearest exist; however, upon attempting to exit, he nearly caused several accidents and had to abort existing the highway. YES!!! That's right, he couldn't safely exit the highway! I then detected an odd smell and asked if he'd been drinking, "No" he says. I then asked, "how about in the last 2 hours?" With a snicker, he replies, "no". I then asked, "how about in the last 4-5 hours" and he shockingly says hesitantly, "not really". What!!!!! I'm guessing he closed down the bar..just 3 hours before. At this time, we were nearing the exit to get onto I-94 E from I-275 south. He struggled mightily with this gradually sweeping exit, so I had to talk him through it, trying to remain calm. Upon exiting, I called 911 and had him picked up by the Airport police. I had to run to the gate with my family, so I didn't stick around to see if he was arrested, but I did notice they charged me for the ride; actually over charged me from what I was quoted over the phone. PLUS.....he added a tip!!! I'm currently working on our refund and will be taking court actions if necessary. NO JOKE!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! read more

BEEARE! If your flight is delayed, you are out of luck. At my new arrival time my driver had another passenger. He texted that they would schedule another driver, they never did. I called on arrival, they didn't have a driver and said they would refund my money. I've called and called, provided the info they asked for, no refund. Never showed up! I pre-paid 5 days in advance and confirmed the correct time the night before pickup. Called me 30 minutes after pickup time to say "I'm going to be a few minutes late." What an absolute joke. Called "the boss" later that night and demanded a refund. Boss went into an expletive-laden tirade about how "his driver" screwed him over and he is going to fire the "mofo". They are pretty much the worst transportation service I've ever dealt with. I work in transportation and couldn't be more disgusted. I used them to transport a client of mine and they were late picking up my client and got lost even when my client GAVE THEM DIRECTIONS BOTH TIMES. When I called to cancel the day before my flight was to arrive (airline cancelled flight) I am sure I was talking to a driver in his car. He would not give me a cancellation confirmation # and my card was charged way before I was scheduled to arrive. Called and demanded refund. I'm not sure if it is the family of the owner that wrote the filtered reviews, but this is an awful company to hire for your transportation needs. We made reservations 2 months in advance and repeatedly called to have our reservation and confirmation sent to us. The response from the owner was that the accounting department was closed, for 2 months? Verbally, the owner would verify the times of our reservation that we requested, but nothing in print. When we called the day of the reservation, the times and agreed upon pricing were verified as well. As suspected, when we went to conclude our evening, there was a discrepancy in the time reserved with the owner and there was an $80 additional charge. After disagreeing with the drivers claims, noting we discussed the original terms of the reservation with the owner, the driver then mentioned that he in fact was the owner. We paid it and went on our way to avoid further confrontation, but I strongly encourage you to use a much more reputable outfit that this organization. I reviewed their website and it looks trustworthy, but make sure that you do your research...this group appears to be scam artists. Good luck if you do decide to use them. If the pricing seems to good to be true, well, it probably is. Lesson learned on our parts! read more

We ordered this car service to be picked up after a wedding reception and taken to the airport. We ordered the car for 11:00 pm. We made the reservation and they took our credit card number and gave us a reservation number. Well 11:00 comes and no car. We called and finally got someone and he could not find the reservation. After searching again, he found it and said there had been a mistake and the car was booked for a different date. Although it was too late, they never offered to send a car and the manager never called us back to discuss the mistake and they never offered any additional compensation. I would go with the other service, Metro Cars and do not recommend this company. read more

Service was good but to get a receipt was ridiculous! I called like 8 times and emailed 2 times. Kept getting the run around, ok it'll go to your email, ok we'll give you a call back later today and NOTHING.
