First off Kris was very responsive and answered all my questions via email and we made a consultation appt for Mitzy to come out and provide an estimate. I was quoted $250 for all detailed cleaning of all my floors, my house is almost 2500sf and about 2100sf is hardwood ceramic tile all windows inside and out along with window sills. We made a Sunday appt and midway through asked Mitzy if we can add room that had hardwood and she gladly responded sure and it's an extra $30. The day of, they showed up 10 min before their scheduled time, ready to work and they got right to it!! My house was thrashed.....little specs of paint everywhere because my cool painter didn't think to protect my hardwoods, they are clean and polished, and all of my ceramic tile's tile and grout are white as can be. My windows are so clean, it looks like there's no window there. After the dirty job was done which took about 6 hours, total was $280 which is a bargain in my opinion because I didn't have to do it....don't think I could have done it. With the deep cleaning done, I can now enjoy putting the rest of my house together. Thanks Mitzy and Kris! I plan on using you again to do my Spring cleaning.

I would deduct a quarter star only because they forgot to mention they accidentally broke one of the outer window trims on a garage window --it was very brittle from facing the dry afternoon sun for 20 years, so I completely understand; just wish they had mentioned it. I added that quarter star back because upon arrival, Jerry the foreman pointed out that one of the front screens was busted from age/sun and offered to replace it for a great price--important when selling a house!
