Last year, I was shopping at a grocery store in the morning when there were not a lot of people around. I didn't see many employees either. I was near the dairy section and when I turned to push my cart away after grabbing milk, I suddenly slipped and fell over. I fell forward and hit my face on the handle of the shopping cart, and as I went down, I landed hard on my wrist and twisted it. After soliciting other firms to accept my case and getting turned damn repeatedly I was recommended to DTLA and I'm glad I was because they took a warbler of a case and turned it into a favorable result much more than I ever expected . There's a lot of people that are complaining about their service and typically I find that those people no matter what's going on in their lives are complaining about something so it's usually not the people places and things they're complaining about it's usually them . I usually had my call answered within a reasonable amount of time but you have to take into account that this company takes on a lot of cases and your case manager is doing the best that he can with what he's got and the squeaky wheel gets the oil and it's also helpful if you help in your own case do research at least that worked for me I want to be prepared. Currently I'm in a situation with a workman's comp case that they are working on and we will see and I expect good results from this case also but will leave a review and probably 6 months to a year down the line and hopefully it's as good as this one they're willing to work with you in many different ways don't be afraid to speak up for what you need do your research. read more

This firm will represent you no matter of the significance of your case big or small. I went through two different firms before this one. They do have a policy that caught my attention No recovery=No fee. The beginning of my case the attorneys that was assigned to me was moving pretty fast. They were all communicating with me leaving phone-calls, voicemails, and text messages regards to updates on the case. One of the attorneys took very ill and was out of the office. The other would stay in contact. I appreciated that. Time went by as they continued to work on my case. I understood that it would be a process. It was a little wait for my case. After an awkward introduction and uncomfortable silence, we became comfortable and the gloves were put down. He explained my case and we discussed our difference of opinions and versions of facts. Sal from DTLA Law Group was the main reason I didn't have to drown in medical debt after I slipped and fell at the gym. I was on my way out when I slipped on one of their slick floors that didn't have a wet floor sign on it. The employees had just finished and were back behind the desk when it happened. I fell against the desk and sprained my elbow and had some contusions on my arm.  When I called Sal, he said they had more than enough time to put the hazard sign up and they were just negligent. He filed a claim on my behalf and the workers said the sign was there and I missed it. Thankfully it was simply a case of reviewing the security footage and Sal won a settlement with ease. I was leaving a big department store and slipped and fell in the parking lot because there was an oil spill in the middle of the road.
