I started coming here years ago. It's right by my friend's pad in Hollywood, and after breaking an $80 bong I bought in dtla after only a week, I came to Cosmo smoke shop and saw excellent options for less than $20. Bongs being glass and prone to breaking every so often, I've bought a couple other affordable water filtration aparatus here over the years, always a great value. I just moved and of course knocked over my piece that had lasted about 4 years or so; it took the 4' fall and first bounce like a champ, but then bounced outside down a concrete step onto asphalt and the base broke (but not the beaker amazingly). Just went to Cosmo last night to by a replacement, still a great deal for a binger that has a bit more character than my last one, so happy to stop smoking the regular old spoon pipe after a few weeks which was getting harsh (probably bc I need to clean it haha). My new piece was well wrapped for the ride home. My only feedback is I hope they switch to non-plastic wrap as soon as possible Will definitely come here again if ever in need, recommended to all locals and out of towners alike read more

Long over due review. Back in October we were on vacation in the LA area. On the way down my Puffco atomizer took a serious crap out on me. We arrived in town around midnight and this soccer mom(Me) was about to end up on Law and Order or CSI episode-traveling with a teenage daughter and hubby. Not gonna lie I love my family but sometimes they drive me to smoke. Needless to say I called around to all the shops that were open and Cosmos was the only place that had an atomizer for my dab rig, and at a very resonable price. Not only did they hold it for me, but the saved our vacation and my family's life. I am to pretty to go to jail or be in prison....which is where I would be if you guys hadn't been open or had what I need. Thank you Cosmo for being there when I needed you most! read more

Claims that this business is open at 8:40a but when you get there all the doors are bolted shut. What a waste of time driving here when they're closed. Horrible management - update your business hours if you're going to be closed. People search "Open Now" on Yelp and the expect the business to be open. This place was closed and they didn't update their business hours. COVID-19 has been going on for more than a year and for more than a year they couldn't update their information on Yelp. read more

I went inside this smoke shop so I could purchase some Dutch blunts which clearly said $1.49 on the pack. Cashier tried to charge me two bucks and when I questioned it, she said "That's including tax" lol. I'm not dumb or slow. Do not go here! They will rob you senseless! They appear to be full of knowledge and best customer service but then they are the least likely to help you when you are in need! I purchased a puff bar and as soon as I got home and unwrapped it, it didn't work and it would not power. I then came back within less than 24 hours and did not get any help. I encountered the same exact guy who sold it to me the night before and he denied helping me although I had a technical difficulty. How can you sell a product to someone and if it doesn't work how can you not exchange it? Shouldn't you stand by your brand? The customer service here is shit! Do not shop here! Take your business somewhere else. I was looking for a JUUL vape pen and in passing I saw the Cosmo Smoke Shop. They had signs posted all over (inside & outside) their store with the word "JUUL" in big, bold letters printed on computer paper. I went in and asked for one of their JUUL Vapes, which was $60. The salesman rushed me through my transaction and later, that same day, the vape stopped working and wouldn't charge. I went back to the store and they told me they don't give refunds (watch out for stores with no refund policies). The salesman at the register took my name and number and said his boss would call me later in the day. The call never came. I later contacted JUUL Support to see if there was anything they could do. They informed me that the JUUL I purchased from Cosmo was a counterfeit device. Stay away from Cosmo, they knowingly sell overpriced, counterfeit devices. There are more vape shops in walking distance that probably treat their customers better. I've attached a copy of my receipt so nobody is fooled by Arthur. "Personally checked" okayyyy.
