I always come here for my dental cleanings. The dentists here are consistently great and super helpful. If you have any issues or concerns, just let them know, and they provide solid advice to address whatever's going on. They even offer toothpaste samples and discounts on dental products they are recommending, which is a nice bonus, as you can try it out to see if it helps. I've never had any issues with their cleanings, and I've always felt comfortable with all of their procedures. I've had my wisdom teeth removed here, as well as fillings and routine cleanings, and every experience has been smooth and seamless. I do want to say that I always schedule my appointments ahead of time. After each cleaning, I book my next one for six months later since I'm already there and I know they fill up quickly. This is especially so if you are booking near holidays. If you have an emergency, they do their best to fit you in as soon as possible, but not always guaranteed. My brother had a couple of dental emergencies, and they were able to get him scheduled within about two weeks to have his procedures. I'd definitely recommend them if you're someone who plans ahead. However, if you prefer to book only one to two months in advance or are more of a walk-in type, it might be harder to secure an appointment since they are usually booked1-3 months in advance. I also miss that they no longer offer Saturday hours, they used to see patients on Saturdays years ago, but now stick to a Monday-Friday schedule. read more

The dentist is really nice but the receptionist on the phone is always rude and abrasive. They usually answer phone with no introductions, do not have patience to answer any questions and appointments are always 2-3 months out. On a recent call, the receptionist answered "Hello" and then hung up when I asked if it was the dental place. I think she realized too late it was lunch time so just hung up on me?! No call back obviously. I had called to confirm my appointment but now I'm looking to find a more respectful dental office. read more

I would give them 4-5 stars for service. But it is impossible to get an appointment here that isn't months away. So I can't recommend them.

10 years ago, I had a fall that broke my front tooth and the incisor next to it. It was pretty bad, there was only 60% of the teeth remaining. The front tooth's nerve was also exposed, causing extreme sensitivity to anything hotter or colder than lukewarm temperatures. I went to the dentist here two days after and my treatment was conservative - a root canal on the front tooth and composite bonding (resin) on both to restore the tooth shape. I've set aside money to replace them with crowns if the composite ever falls off/chips or if my root canaled tooth turns darker. However, they've been going strong for over a decade with no retouching or discoloration (I also drink coffee every day). Whenever I show my dentist friends and husband my teeth, they're always impressed because this type of restoration almost never lasts this long, especially on the front teeth. My parents and I have been going to this dental office for the past 20+ years! We have been very happy with their service and never had a problem so we always keep coming back. The 2 main dentists are sisters: Phuong Trinh and Phuong Thao. A little bit of advice, if you can't really handle pain and have sensitive teeth, I would suggest you recommend Thao because Trinh does your teeth cleaning with a little more..power. I can feel my teeth being very clean and roots a little swollen from all the cleaning and prodding after Trinh works on my teeth but Thao does it in with more ease and a soft touch. When I was younger, I would always want Thao to clean my teeth but now, I can handle a little more pain so I don't mind if Trinh cleans my teeth. Both dentists are great! The staff are all very friendly, too. They speak Eng, Viet, and Cambodian. If you don't have insurance, I believe it's $60 for basic teeth cleaning. Make an appointment so you don't have to wait that long. read more

I'm between a 4 and 5 stars. 5 stars for the doctors! Both sisters are so honest and will not try to up sell you on unneeded procedures which is rare in this profession. I'm still not sure which doctor is which but as a previous reviewer mentioned, one is a lot gentler with tooth cleanings. The office decor needs some updating but I don't go there for the ambiance but for the professional advice and services. The one downside with this business is one of the girls at the front desk. She does not smile or even greet you when you walk in and is rude over the phone. She kind of ruins my experience there sometimes ;( read more

I only want the sisters taking care of my teeth because they always give me their honest opinion and i don't feel like I'm getting ripped off. I forgot his name but they have 2 guys dentist i believe. One of the guy is the main dentist I'm not talking about him but there is another short guy dentist and i hated him. He was so rude and rough when checking your teeth and so unpleasant. I've been coming to this dentist since i was young and always had a Dr.Trina doing my dental work. Dr.Trina is so nice!!! I just love it when she does my dental work. She has a very gentle hand and always checking on you to make sure your doing ok. I truly appreciate a dentist who is honest about what need to be done or not. Yes the decor in the waiting area is way out dated but im assure you once you enter they have updates machines ..Overall i like this dentist office alot. Everybody seem very nice. read more

My family and I have been going here since I was 9 years old. I love the dentists here. They are very good at what they do.

I hate the dentist. I blame it on my mom who brought me into the dentist office when I was around 6 years old for a cleaning but left with 4 missing teeth. Back in the 80's they had those thick needles to numb your gums and when you are 6 years old that needle looks like a knife ready to slash your mouth. So ever since then I have been traumatized by the thought of going to the dentist. However, I discovered Dr. Thao. She was gentle and thorough. I barely felt any pain and she went pretty deep into my gums. I give her a new name Dr. Gentle Dentle. I liked the fact that she took her time and made sure she got all the calcium built out off of my teeth. I am a new woman with clean teeth and I am not afraid to get a cleaning done. My only complaint was the dental assistant I felt she was too busy chatting with the Dr. about food and vacation then having the water sucker upper thing in the right place in my mouth. I will be seeing Dr. Thao every 4 months. I give her a thumbs up. read more

The worst service i ever been to. I give this place a ZERO! The young lady at the front and the MANAGER WERE BOTH EXTREMELY RUDE! First the manager yelled at me and tried to get into shouting match with me when mention i when i called to make an appointment and asked about pricing the lady on the phone didn't mention it would cost more to clean the teeth. The lady was very unpleasant with a smirk on her face when i asked her a question. This place is a ZERO! Best to go look somewhere else! Don't waste your time! These people that ate writing positive reviews are friends and family. Better off taking business elsewhere. read more
