Likewise with following the bus in. If you follow the bus in, it will wait for you to park and unload, if you don't you may have to stand there for a bit until one comes through. When you call and ask for them to send someone, they only give you excuses. They do not care about customer service whatsoever. They also refused to take our unexpired coupon because they decided to increase their prices. When we mentioned the coupon didn't expire for four more months, they shrugged and said "that's the policy." Qwik Park is anti-customer and has predatory pricing practices. Use at your own risk.

Since I have the TSA precheck, I have easy access to the terminal. There is a tunnel connecting separate terminal under the Taxiway of the airport. The tunnel is decorated with light. From terminal to gate also easy access. Wait area has charge stations. Seat is comfortable.
