He wasn't even the business I princess asked a quite from but I liked his response the best. Getting a quote was easy, response was quick and the details he gave answered my questions before I even asked them. Scheduling was easy as well. He arrived early and was very professional. He even helped me jumpstart my car since it's been a while since it last ran. He was very detail oriented and really did a great job. He took the time to actually get in every nook and cranny to detail the car. There was a long list of what the detailing included and he made sure to check all of it. My car looks clean, shinny and smells great inside and looks very well taken cared of outside. I've had my car detailed with other guys before but they skimped on some things to cut time. OG Detailing doesn't do any of that. They take care of your car and make sure it looks its best. I would definitely get him to detail our other car when it's time. Ben recommended a 3M IR film which is a film that blocks out all the infrared rays, it doesn't let any of the hot sun through. I found that to be the best value between all the options for my need and it works perfect and blocking the heat and light and infrared raise the damage a darn interior. Now the new front tinted windows match the rear tinted windows. The vehicle looks fantastic and I would highly recommend Ben and his staff if you need to get your vehicle, boat, or Rv windows tinted. We were so happy with the window tinting job and how quick and efficient Ben was took the car back couple weeks later and had him do a complete 3M ceramic coating on the entire exterior. The exterior paint feels like baby skin even the glass feels like baby skin. The other thing is the watersheds off of it. Unbelievable when you're driving in the rain don't need windshield wipers and when you stop the car when it's raining out, it's dry. It'll get wet if it's still raining and runoff but when you're driving it, there's no rain on the car at all. That'll be awesome in the winter!

A very ugly old camper that is in need of a serious makeover. I engaged this business owner to Rhino Coat the entire skirt on the camper, as it was by far the ugliest part of the camper. His is initial price was a little high for my current budget so he came down on his price a couple hundred dollars, which I thought initially to be very generous. To be fair I did some prep work to off set this price for him, as much as I was capable. I had to paint much of the semi -hidden areas so that they blended with the black of the Rhino coat as there are places that could not be reached with his equipment. Also I used wire whip and cleaned all the trim so that it could be taped off . I also roughed up all of the skirt so that it would be ready for the coating. I brought the camper to him, explained what I wanted done, he walked around the trailer without writing anything down and said we were good to go. I left it overnight and was contacted the next day to come pick it up. I get there saw right away that they had sprayed right over the bottom and side aluminium trim that define the trailers lines . It sucked the wind out of me. I was so upset. When I asked him why they did this he simply said that he did not remember me saying that I did not want the trim covered. I was so angry. This stuff is permanent and there was no going back or cleaning up what had been messed up. I let him know how upset I was and he spent some time consoling me with stories but took the agreed upon money and sent me on my way. I got home and just could not let it go. He had destroyed my vision for the camper and I really wanted this camper out of my site. It was clearly a horribly done job. I decided to call him back an express my dissatisfaction in every way and even asked him to fix it. Long story short, he said he made almost no money on this job and that fixing what I needed fixed now would cost more than the camper itself. I have to agree with that fact, hence my dissatisfaction. So what do I do. I decided to make the best of it and and get to work on the damage control. I found it was even worse than I thought. When I got down under the skirting of the camper he had over-sprayed on all of my new septic valves. They are black plastic so it just looks like they are permanently sprayed with mud. To make it even worse they over-sprayed on the water tank valves that I had spent over an hour cleaning back to the original brass. There is even clear plastic water hosing that is covered with black Rhino over-spray. It seemed as if other than the top line of the Rhino coat they did no taping, and relied on the tape I put on for covering some of the things I did not want to spray when I was spray painting in preparation. Two weeks ago I was incredibly angry. I have considered all of my options in dealing with this situation and I decided to YELP and let it go. It is possible that this shop could do a relatively OK job on a simple truck bed-liner. I really have no idea on that however the custom work I asked completed was completely a crap job in every fashion. In these times where small businesses are struggling the last thing I want to do is leave this kind of review however facts are facts. He does not stand behind his work.

And now that they no longer do interiors, the service is definitely not worth the expense. I'm really bummed that they converted this place.
