Ben recommended a 3M IR film which is a film that blocks out all the infrared rays, it doesn't let any of the hot sun through. I found that to be the best value between all the options for my need and it works perfect and blocking the heat and light and infrared raise the damage a darn interior. Now the new front tinted windows match the rear tinted windows. The vehicle looks fantastic and I would highly recommend Ben and his staff if you need to get your vehicle, boat, or Rv windows tinted. We were so happy with the window tinting job and how quick and efficient Ben was took the car back couple weeks later and had him do a complete 3M ceramic coating on the entire exterior. The exterior paint feels like baby skin even the glass feels like baby skin. The other thing is the watersheds off of it. Unbelievable when you're driving in the rain don't need windshield wipers and when you stop the car when it's raining out, it's dry. It'll get wet if it's still raining and runoff but when you're driving it, there's no rain on the car at all. That'll be awesome in the winter!

The location is easy to access, and…read morethe hours are great which makes it simple to fit a wash into a busy day with the unlimited pass. The process typically moves quickly, which is a big plus. I also really like that vacuums are available for use, and the staff have always been friendly and welcoming. That said, for the cost, I expect a more complete clean. The front of my vehicle--where bugs and grime build up--rarely comes out clean. I've noticed there's an automatic sprayer aimed at the front, but honestly, it doesn't do much. What's really needed is the handheld sprayer that staff can use while vehicles go through, but it's never used. I understand the importance of keeping cars moving efficiently, but for the price, customers want and deserve a car that actually looks clean. Another frustration is that staff on-site can't (or don't) assist with changes to your wash plan. Anytime there's an issue, you're told to contact customer service instead of being helped in the moment. It would be much more convenient and reassuring if small adjustments or questions could be handled right then and there. Overall, I do like using Crew Carwash, but seeking other unlimited wash plans at different places. Worth mentioning a few service improvements and more customer-friendly policies as the experience could be much better.
