Normally go touch less elsewhere, but used the vacuum so I decided to get a wash. Worst mistake ever. scratches down the back half of my black truck, thru the paint on the tailgate. Manager claims it's not consistent with damage and the cameras just showed the gloss from the water in the wash. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! SAD! Photos to come read more

I went to this car wash with the expectation that my car would be cleaned. The car wash ripped off a piece of my brand new cars trim. The manager on duty took pictures and ensured me that they would cover a repair. The GM called me 2 days later saying that they do not cover trim damage and I quote "our car wash damages trim all the time it's very common, we don't pay for it". The actual repair is both cheap and simple, but while they agree they cause this damage to mine and many other vehicles they will not pay for the repair. Terrible practice read more

I used to love getting car cleaned here. However something terrible has happened and this place is raising monthly rates and now reducing service. I have had two shocking moments the last two times. First, they informed me that they want customers to drive their cars thru the wash and maneuver them in the work area, get out and walk thru the equipment, moving cars and working people to get to the lounge. I contacted corporate about this dangerous and ridiculous move. No word yet. I just ignored the new mandate and my car went thru as usual while I relaxed in the new lounge that they said they raised the price to remodel (Faux Justification). Unfortunately though, this second trip, SOME GREEDY PERSON, decided that cleaning the floor mats is no longer part of the premium service and they would charge $1 extra. WHAT!? Fortunately for me, the workers also think it is greedy and ridiculous and cleaned my floor mats anyway. I hope they use their one strike left to see that these things and whatever else they are greedily changing are officially corporately extinguished and things get back to normal. read more

Had been going here for years. Then,,,,, first they stopped hand spraying the outside before ur vehilcle enters the automated wash area. Then they stopped hand drying at the exit. Price never changed (go down for reduced service). Finally they stopped giving my dog a treat at the entrance. Seems pretty petty but not to my dog. One lousy treat. They don't cost much. Cents and my dog has been getting a treat for years. So now ill just go to the $6 local gas station wash as that is all you get here anyway but for $13. read more

Just paid 30 for a inside and out full service wash. The did a decent job inside but horrible outside. I watch and no one wiped of the box of my truck, no one wiped off the tailgate. When I complained they looked at me like okay and tried to wipe it off but all the soap was frozen! I have a bunch of frozen soap on my truck!!! And no it's not a crappy truck it's a 2017!!!! If they can't wipe off soap before it freezes what else didn't they do? Go somewhere else!! Very very poor job for $30! read more

This place was so much better as Royal Oaks Car Wash. Now a corporate owned Mister Car Wash it's gone down hill. They now try and go as fast as possible, there is no care for the cars like at Royal Oaks. Extra charges for everything now, poor lobby experiance. Not to mention you now have to drive your car through to the end. Last time I was there I paid extra for floor mat cleaning since it's not in the package anymore, and they cleaned them as quick as possible, and didnt even remove them from the car to vaccuum under them. 3 times same experiences. This place is an absolute joke it has gone downhill over the years are used to be a regular customer and today I decided to give it another try and again it was another let down white spots all over nobody hand dried it which made it look terrible because all they did was near the dirt around my truck was not clean after spending over $20 for a car wash and I'm very unhappy and I'm never going back and I don't recommend anybody ever going to this car wash for anything no matter what it's not worth it. Last two times needed windows and mirrors cleaned more then car and second time Now of not seeing out the windows, watched them wipe my car down and proceed at the end to use dirty towels to wipe down my windows inside which I can't c out of. This place has gone to shit in the last year, use to be GREAT....Now they nickel and dime you, extra money for mat cleaning, it use to be part of getting the inside cleaned. You use to get a great cleaning on the inside now it a quick half-ass wipe and get the fuck out. If I didn't have a membership and paid what they charged for an inside and outside clean I would be pissed, Even the manager doesn't care. I have no idea how someone would give a 1 star. They clean your car, if you are a member it cost $25/month, and only $20 for a final touch. My time is worth a lot, so this is amazing! They do a great job. The people giving 1 star are unreasonable. Driving the vehicle through to the end means, YOU are responsible. An idiot driver left his emergency brake on when leaving his vehicle, and we all got backed up. Keep up the good work! read more

been a member of unlimited car wash for a year. upgraded to ceramic wash in winter. not worried about salt in the harsh mn winter. love it. my Lexus RX 350 has never been so clean.interior cleaning is only $10 with the exterior package. I would highly recommend Mr. wash. read more

Would definitely recommend NOT bringing your vehicle here. I paid $35 for an interior and exterior clean and they did the worst job on the interior. It didn't even look like they vacuumed anything. Called to complain to the manager. He did apologize and offered for me to come back. I said no because what an inconvenience and it should have gotten cleaned correctly when i first brought it there so then he hung up on me. Worst place ever! read more

I paid $30 for a decent car wash and I specifically told the girl that rang me up to tell whoever was working on my car to vacuum the interior and especially the trunk because there was a lot of sand in there. I saw her communicate this to the young guy. The outside was ok but they did not even touch the inside, my mats looked the same and when I pulled over to check out my trunk, what do you know, it was not clean!!! Horrible service. Went out of my way to go to Mister Car wash in Cottage grove ... wouldn't go there again! Purchased the Platinum package, had to re-clean the windows to remove all the streaks they left. Car floor mats were still very dirty and had to be redone. They didn't wipe the front dash board, it was a terrible job! Plus I was suppose to receive an air freshener - which I did not receive. read more

I've gone here a few times for a car detail, interior and exterior. My car looks like new afterwords. Love this place!

From my experience of many Mister Car Washes over the Twin Cities metro area I believe this is the best location. They train their staff well they are polite and do a great job. I've never had a complaint and I love their attention to detail read more
