The only that didn't stand out whatsoever was the salmon. I've been to many high end restaurants and in other countries so salmon isn't much of a hit typically. They sold out of the bass fillet and the mussels (specials for the night/week - forgot what Jasmine said) so if you want to try these, order asap! Drinks were great! I asked for a Caesar as my second/third drink and wanted a specific amount of spice, Jasmine just came with the tabasco and put the amount I wanted, thank goodness! The chicken was dry, the potatoes were hard, the rice had this buttery taste and their version of the white garlic sauce was something out of a ranch salad dressing bottle. The only decent items were the Greek salad, and the pork which was able to withstand its level of char because it's not chicken. Two servers were run off their feet in managing a full restaurant. When asking for another basket of bread, as only two were initially provided for our table of nine, we were told that the restaurant had just accepted double the amount of reservations. And as a result they were short on bread. We also found completed dishes were lingering on the table for far too long before they were removed. The key lime pie was particularly modest in size. On a positive note their baked eggplant, $19, starter was delicious and pleasing in both taste and texture. As undercooked eggplant is overly chewy. At that price point a more generous portion would have been appreciated. The homemade gnocchi achieved the right consistency in texture, It was delicate and light. And the truffle sauce I chose out of the three options had a real umami flavour.
