I stopped by Lambo's Deli on a Monday morning before the lunch rush and opted to grab: - Italian trio sandwich (soppressata, mortadella, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers, picked red onion, arugula, pesto, Calabrian chili spread) - $18 - Soft serve (flavour was hojicha) -$5 Service was friendly and I received my soft serve while waiting for my sandwich to be prepared. It took about 5 min and it was nicely packed. Staff were great and handed me a handful of napkins as well. I ate my sandwich an hour later and before opening the packaging, the sandwich was pretty heavy! Looking at a cross section of the sandwich, it was packed with ingredients! The roasted red peppers, pickled red onion, arugula, and Calabrian chili spread added freshness to the sandwich which didn't make it feel so heavy with all the deli meats inside as well as the mozzarella cheese.
