It's quite a long process. Once the stone was selected Julio and his team handled the rest of the process: picking it up/ fabrication, and install. Any piece that we were not happy with, the team would take the stone back until it was perfect. The value and quality of workmanship was excellent. My stone feels like a masterpiece and I enjoy cleaning my kitchen countertops. I had an owner complain about countertops that I installed that were not the same color and when I went to the store, they refused to even help unless I brought in the physical pieces even after I showed them multiple photos of the discoloration ... after I left and came back with the countertops that were left over, they spent an hour wasting my time looking at the different countertops and ultimately agreeing with me that the colors were not the same... Despite agreeing with me, one of the managers called somebody and spoke with me briefly on the phone and refused to acknowledge swapping the countertop out, the best they could do is 50% off to buy a new piece , which I feel like is completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I was already out on the labor to install the countertop and the bare minimum I requested to at least swap them out to get the correct color , not only today, but they were also laughing and making jokes in a foreign language... and then walking away, laughing and smirking. What a completely disrespectful and unprofessional establishment. Also the prices are not the best, you will find better elsewhere.... Terrible company, no wonder why they have awful reviews on Yelp .

Not going to lie, I was expecting a very steep price. I sent my info on yelp and they responded promptly. They had an option for virtual estimating so I send them some photos, dimensions, and some details. Bereth called me back to ask some follow up questions and then had an estimate ready for me that same day. I was pleasantly surprised with the price but because they never came out to inspect, I was expecting the price to change as we got into it. I contracted them for the job and they scheduled me in. They text me with a confirmation date a week or so out and then text me on that day when they were in their way at the scheduled time they promised. The demo went smooth and their team were professional and left my kitchen clean even though it was demo'd . They scheduled me a week out for the install on the following Friday. We received a calll Thursday with some not so great news but I can confirm, it not their doing and things like that happen. But what I appreciated more was them identifying that there was a slight mismatch in the stone and instead of forcing the install, they called me and told me what they were going to do to make it right. What I thought was going to be a major delay, really was only delayed until Monday. It came out better than we anticipated. They were honest, affordable, professional, clean, and punctual. I would definitely use them again and/or refer them to friends or family.
