I was dealing with Tomm and so far so good. Needed to repair the roof and landscaping around the house we just purchased in Woodland Hills. I found out from Tomm that the foundation wasn't good at all so ended up fixing it as well . The team worked really hard and didn't complain . Always smile and always good attitude. I was struggling with painting the exterior over three weeks . Had a few friends coming over and each one told me to try a different color. The problem was the rocks around the exterior which was really difficult to match the right color. Tomm was great with his idea and showed me one wall as an example before we even started!! The house in Reseda was from 1956 and the way it was built was simply ugly. Tomm from this company was very helpful with his plan how to rebuild the whole house. They had to break some walls and deal with permits but he took care of everything quickly. They were late in two weeks but I think every contractor today has some delays .. All in all I am very pleased and will recommend. read more

Project budget is roughly 60k+ Agreed to put the detailed scope of work in writing and put a detailed quote in writing....... Based on the other reviews from other people. I have a totally different experience with this company. THAT IS VERY UNSATISFIED. From the first inspection to four inspections later. My bathroom remodel is still at day one from 80 days ago with NOTHING but a VOID where my bathroom use to exist. And now after several attempts to correct the needed work to pass inspection, the site manager/contractor is nowhere to be found. iN FACT the contractor never came to the job site until the customer filed legal actions against them. It is now 4/3/19., still NO bathroom. My personal opinion DO NOT USE THEM. read more

They did a great job on the new kitchen remodel on our rental property we just acquired near LA. We had some of the best professionals assigned to our project. The guys always kept their professionalism and a great attitude when they were working 10hour shifts to keep on schedule and get the job done on time. The quality was superb. I was contacted by phone to have someone come out to see what work was needed at my home. They came out and put up a new lamp in my dinning area and a ceiling fan in my bedroom. They also saw that there was a wire in my attach that needed to be replaced and also suggested we redo the insulation as it had been awhile since it was replaced. They installed the hanging lamp and the ceiling fan for free. They fixed the broken wiring, and sent two employees out to remove and replace the insulation. We are happy with the completed work. read more

I received a cold call from this company that indicated that they wanted to know if I needed a general contractor or handyman. Coincidentally, I was in the middle of several large projects (and had the plans as well as multiple quotes for the project) and was in the final week before making a decision on the bid (we already had drawings, and pictures ready). Seeing as how it was a cold call I asked for some references and/or direction to their website or yelp, and it seemed to check out. These guys indicated they understood and wanted to know if I was available for them to stop by and give a quote. We agreed upon a time, noon, and we were off to the races. I received a second call from the contractor's "dispatcher." Firstly this dispatcher didn't even get my last name right. Good way to start the conversation... after correcting that the dispatcher immediately started to pressure me and my wife, asking that my wife had to be present for them to make the quote (who was working at the time). I then indicated that if they wanted the work they would need to stop by sometime in the next two or three days and my wife however my wife may be back from work then (works odd hours). Suffice to say they agreed and said they would see me in a few hours. And this is where the stupid happened, no one came by, no one called, they just let it go. I called back about 2 hours after the appointment time and the contractor indicated that the dispatcher did not send him out, "my job" must have been too small. Which is complete bullshit, apparently a living room remodel where we already intend to spend over 10 grand so far is small time. When I said it probably had to do with the resistance to coming out if my wife wasn't with me the contractor hung up on me. These guys are absolutely terrible to work with, their entire focus is to upsell on a job by trying to divide your partner against you. Their lack of professionalism was apparent, and their ineptitude at any kind of customer service is laughable. This company is a scam, avoid them like the plague. read more
