Wendy and her team were very kind, hospitable, and thoughtful in helping me select colors, scheduling fittings, and to remember things that men often don't know the details of . Absolutely wonderful people! With extremely short notice I needed help with a tie that I forgot. The store doesn't sell ties and focuses on tux's and other formal wear. They loaned me a tie on the honor system when I desperately needed one without hesitation. I would 100% recommend considering giving Dubois your business if you're in the market for formalwear. Rented a tuxedo for a formal event. I thought the fitting appointment was a breeze and the pick up and drop off were painless. Even though I'm not a slim guy, I rented a slim fitting tuxedo - it was a little expensive but thought it looked good. The staff members I worked with were friendly and courteous. read more

A friend recommended Dubois to us and decided to go with them for our wedding because of their reasonable prices, convenient locations, and flexibility to work with us through the Pandemic. When my husband and I first went in for his measurements, we had a great experience working with Megan Johnson (Brookfield) and then the Owner, Wendy. A couple of our groomsmen were from out of town and Dubois made the process seamless for them. We only encountered some issues at the time of pick up. All of our guys picked up from Brookfield, one picked up from Green Bay. At Brookfield, we dealt with two completely different staff members. Both males who were pretty quiet, never smiled, and showed no enthusiasm while we were there. Every single one of our guys had a problem with the fit. Pants had to be hand-sewn last minute and you could see the seam. A couple of the jackets we received had stains on them (not noticeable in photos). The shoes looked very worn. I understand we are renting used clothing but at some point the items should be replaced for better quality. Be VERY specific and strict as to what you want. Ask questions! I do recommend them as one of the better tux/suit rental places with a range of styles and colors to choose from, but at the end of the day my husband said he would have rather coordinated to let his groomsmen buy their own suits for a better fit overall. This place is the awful. There were several measuring errors made that required me to return the day before the wedding to receive a new shirt (unless my arms grew 3 inches in length in one month). There was no apology given from the staff, and they were actually rude about the whole process. The tuxes themselves were very poor quality, ragged and cheap looking. When I asked for a tie that didn't have loose threads popping out all over the place, the employee went in the back and came out with the same exact tie. When I called him out on it, he said "that usually works. This is the only tie we have in this color", which I did not find comical. I also had a coupon to get 1/2 off the father's tuxes. I gave it to the employee to be redeemed at pick-up. When we picked-up the tuxes, he "must have misplaced it" and since he didn't have it, I could not get the discount. I contacted the manager twice and he just blew me off both times (after the charged the full amount). Do yourself a favor and rent your tuxes somewhere else... this was a horrible experience. The entire staff is a bunch of rude amateurs. After spending almost $800 here, all I recceived was poor service. read more
