Bought my then-fiancé a custom-fitted suit for a wedding present. We went in 2.5 weeks before we left for our wedding, and the guy said he would rush the order so we could take it with us to the wedding. I hadn't heard from them 3 days before we were flying out, so I called and found out they had never even attempted to rush the order for us. In fact, we didn't get the suit until 2 weeks AFTER we got back (over 5 weeks after going in). The suit was amazing, though (great quality, lots of options, and they definitely know what they are doing). So as long as you don't trust that they will rush your order and you're okay waiting 5 weeks for a call back about your suit, this place is fine. read more

TL;DR--I spent just as much on a bespoke (that is, completely custom) suit at Zeglio as I would on a "decent," much worse-fitting suit off the rack. My Zeglio suit is made of quality material I hand selected, fits me like a glove, and has subtle and tasteful indications that it was made custom for me. Zeglio's service was impeccable, from material selection and measurement on through the final fitting. My outlook on men's formalwear is profoundly and irreversibly changed. I am a professional student and needed to buy a suit for job interviews after a summer internship. I planned to spend a bit more than I usually would ($600-$700) for a name brand off-the-rack suit. I had had luck buying suits on sale at Saks and Nordstrom, but liked the look of the J. Crew Ludlow line. I bought one, to the tune of some $600 (after pant alterations), and stumbled into Zeglio (the Broadway location) looking to have the jacket altered to fit the way it would in the ad. There I met Richard Dayhoff (http://www.richarddayhoff.com/) who explained to me why the jacket would never fit the way I would want it to: the front darts in men's jackets are immovable, due to the placement of the front pockets. Instead of baldly trying to upsell me on the suits Zeglio makes, Richard spent 30 minutes giving me a primer on the finer points of men's suit fashion--from fabric selection, to the number and locations of measurements needed, to the appropriate lapel-tie-shoulderwidth proportions. When he told me that I could afford a bespoke suit that would exhibit all these qualities for thesame price I planned to spend off the rack, I was floored. I immediately arranged to come back to select materials for a bespoke suit. During our next meeting, Richard again gave indispensable advice about matching liners to fabric, and fabric to complexion and hair color. I went with a sharp navy blue suit (a little pop, but not too much) with a baby blue liner. It has all the features of evening wear, but works just as well as a day-to-day work suit with a brown belt. I met the next day with John Park, Zeglio's CEO, at the location in the loop. There, John and his assistant walked me through one of the classiest experiences of my life, taking some forty measures on me for the suit and a custom shirt, not once but twice, with Vivaldi playing in the background (some real Scarface stuff). Two weeks later, the suit was ready for me to try on, and it exceeded every one of my expectations. It fits perfectly, and has subtle and tasteful indications that it was made custom for me (like a ticket pocket, functional sleeve buttons, and buttonhole stitching that matches the liner. I went to Zeglio back in January to get fitted for a custom tux. I worked with John who was very knowledgeable about fabrics, fit, and very detailed. Between selecting fabric, getting measured and selecting my shirt design, The fitting took about 45 min. Six weeks later I had the tux of ,y dreams in hand. I thought that we would have to make some adjustments to the fit but it was perfect! I did have one concern: because I looked so damn good I was afraid I'd take some of the attention away from my bride! My wedding was in March and people still ask me about my tux and who designed it three months later. I keep sending them Zeglio's way because I know they'll be taken care of. After working with them I find it hard to go back to off the rack suits. There's Nothing like having something made for you with your personality and lifestyle in mind. Make sure you have your money ready, though. Custom ain't cheap ($750 - $1300 is the normal range). however, it's not as expensive as bespoke ($4000 - $10,000). I am getting married in almost two months and the guys are all wearing black suits as opposed to tuxes. I have a black suit off the rack and the thought of wearing it at the wedding didn't sit well with me. I shopped around at the retail shops for a nice-fitting suit that didn't look cheap. All that I found that were even close were 700-1200 bucks. So I looked into a custom tailored suit and found Vengna (aka Zeglio). I went in and was on the fence, but after talking to John Park, the owner, I was convinced. I was measured thoroughly and tried on a few coats and pants. Pointed out cautionary areas and other that I liked. Picked a rad lining and specific types of pockets for the coat and pants. Completely custom. Three weeks later I get a call from John and he said the suit is in. I try it on and I feel like I should be on the cover of a GQ magazine - one no one would buy, for obvious reasons - but it feels that good. And the best part, cost me $605.00. Zeglio's lived up to our expectations and more! This was our first custom suit experience. The suit was for my son's prom. My son is fashion forward & creative & has an exact vision in his head about the type of look he wants. Both of us are fastidious. We did not shop around & chose Zeglio's because it looked reputable & professional and it was convenient but I'm glad we did. We will definitely return & recommend the store to others. The owner John Park made us feel welcome and added a personalized touch to our experience. He was down to earth and unpretentious. He was extremely patient, kind, and very helpful but so is the rest of his staff. He really wants to make sure his clients get what they are requesting. I did feel slightly overcharged but again this was our first time and we have had no experience in this area. John did all the measuring and consultation. He knows his suit design and fabrics and made sorting through the many choices easy. They had a ton of fabric selections although we found the choices in the colors we wanted limited. The tuxedo jacket lining choices are fabulous! John took detailed, and near perfect measurements. I say near perfect because my son wanted a tighter fit than I think John felt comfortable doing in terms of function and as a result may have been cautious and smart in this area by affording for a little slack just in case. We started the process about 4 weeks before the event. Our first fitting was 2 weeks after being measured. The final fitting was 2 days before the event. Zeglio's is flexible and willing to work with you. We ordered 1 Tuxedo Jacket maroon with black shawl lapel; 1 Tuxedo Shirt in ivory; 1 Pair of dropped crotch Dress Slacks in grey. We got a beautifully constructed, high quality tuxedo shirt. The dress slacks were a total disaster initially. Some due to miscommunication and unorthodox nature of designing we were requesting. We wanted a dropped crotch pant but didn't know how to communicate the execution. Probably should have requested a crotchless dropped crotch pant, i.e., no front/back seam. After the pants came back, this is what John had concluded when the pants did not turn out as we had hoped. John even offered to give us our money back because he felt that he may be unable to execute what we wanted to our satisfaction but we stuck with it. We went back to the drawing board and were able to come up with a nice compromise, probably even better that what we initially wanted, that satisfied both my son's taste and garment function and we were extremely pleased. We got a slim fit pant and Zeglio nailed it! John was careful to ensure that we were all on the same page this time around and the pants turned out to be phenomenal. My son even wore the pants again for his graduation day. We also love the fit and craftsmanship of the tuxedo jacket. Some details we would have liked to see were not incorporated but are very minor. For example, we wanted maroon for the tuxedo jacket but the fabric choices in this color scheme and the hue we wanted were very limited which in turn forced us to settle on a less desirable fabric which I think affected the outcome slightly. We asked for slanted pockets and got them but not at the degree angle we initially wanted. We asked for black stitching thinking it would give a nice contrast for the entire jacket and a detailed outline for pockets not realizing that there is no top stitching on the pockets. The contrast is extremely subtle and we should have asked for some kind of nice top stitching in places to make this feature more pronounced as we envisioned. We also wanted a wider lapel. Much of this I feel was due to miscommunication and our inexperience with the process. Tips: Be able to clearly relay your vision. Have at least SOME sense in sewing terms of what you want beforehand and how garments might be constructed to realize your concept down to details in inches, stitching, and degree of angles for pockets. Look at sample suits they have on display to understand how their garments are made and to explain what you want. Go over the fine details, especially for those special features you requested, after you have been measured and before you leave the store. Start the process no less than 2 months ahead of your event to allow for any necessary tailoring and adjustments or even redo. Remember there are other clients and all work is sent out, even tailoring. Measurements and details are taken at the store but products are crafted in Korea and tailored elsewhere which may affect wriggle room with creative/design control and timeframe. read more

You will spend as much here on a CUSTOM suit as you will going to a retailer or high end store and buying a suit. We brought in a suit that my fiance liked and they took the design of that suit. They then added custom items, like the fit, buttons, how many pockets you want, etc. We were able to choose the fabric from a LARGE variety of colors and styles. We also got to choose the color of the inner lining. For shirts, the color options were a little smaller (or at least in the color we wanted). But even there, it was all custom. They have a knowledgeable staff who offer great recommendations for the fit of the suit. The suit arrived within a few weeks of the order placement. We both love how it looks. First time getting a made-to-measure suit for job interviews, and it was a great experience overall. Here are the reasons why. 1) Price was reasonable, and I didn't have to break the bank. Online places, like Indochino, charge similar or higher prices. But it's much better getting measured by a professional than your friend. Admittedly, it was more expensive than the off-the-rack suit I got from Macy's, but it was worth it. 2) I got my suit fast and just in time for my interviews. Also, the suit was made accurately, so I didn't need any alterations. Pardon the 90's reference, but this place is the bomb. What an investment! I decided to get a custom suit for my wedding in June rather than a tux at a rental shop because I also wated to have a suit to wear for years to come. This was my first experience in getting a custom suit so I was unfamiliar with the process, etc. Before going to Zeglio, I did what every savvy shopper does these days and that was Google every site, local and online. I had a few friends tell me about Indochino but I wanted to be able to go in, ask my questions, have a "professional" measure me rather than watch a video on how to do it myself and deal with someone via email. Well, after much surfing and pricing, it came down to Zeglio. Jon the owner, was great. He made his recommendations: how I could mix and match suits and shirts, etc. After picking out my fabric, which is daunting task given the plethora of fabrics to choose, I went with a gray. It also included three shirts totaling around $1100. After about a month, my suit was ready. I went and tried it on and OMg! I can't wait to wear this. I must say this was one of the best experiences I have ever had from all the different clothing stores I have been to. I have never had a legitimate suit fitting until I went to Zeglio's. I needed a suit for my upcoming wedding, and ended up here because my fiance passed this store on her way home. I must say that I am thoroughly happy we ended up going there for my suit. I must admit that I was a little scared this place would be way too expensive, but to my surprise, the prices are very reasonable. Relatively speaking, the prices of some of the off the shelf suits I have purchased, were not too far off from what I paid for mine. They obviously offer all price ranges, but the materials are of high quality, and much better than any other suits you can purchase at big name stores. That alone is worth the bit extra you will pay. Now to get to the good part. I had both Jake and David help me out. Jake did my original fitting, which I must admit, was such an awesome experience. I never knew the amount of detail and the amount of measurements it takes to make a suit fit you properly from head to toe, and I even discovered that I needed extra padding due to one shoulder slightly drooping. Jake made it a very comfortable and inviting experience. I then came back with my fiance to work with David to pick out the materials to make the suit, and this is where I thought it was fun. We chose the color, the inside lining, and even added small details to the suit (the date of our wedding) stitched on the inside. When the suit came in, I was extremely happy with it. the vest fit great, the jacket was spot on, and the shirt was also perfect. We did have to make changes to the pant, as I wanted it a tad longer, but they quickly sorted that out. I am now ready to rock this suit and feel and look like a million bucks on my big day. This was truly a cool experience, and one I am looking to do again! I honestly cant wait for the next suit. I will never buy a suit anywhere else but at Zeglio. I put the suit on, and I asked the tailor if she was sure it was the right one. That's not how a M2M suit should feel. Another tailor within the company revisited my suit and attempted to make it work, but still my least favorite suit to wear, most expensive and still doesn't feel like it was made for me.
