I have been going to Dubunne for years so this review is long overdue. Hey that rhymes! I had the most relaxing and memorable experience for their Valentine's special with my man. We did the bath ritual, full massage, and scalp massage...and every part of it was absolutely divine. We got checked in, got in our robes and sandals and grabbed some fruit infused water and some snacks (peanut-raisin-MnM mix & dried fruit). We were offered champers but opted not to drink that day. The bath ritual was such a unique and calming way to start, setting the tone for total relaxation/sensual fun. The massages were incredible, Adelie was amazing for me. The perfect pressure, super attentive, and you could tell she really cared about my experience. The scalp massage was honestly the highlight...so soothing and something I didn't even realize I needed! The entire atmosphere felt peaceful, clean, and thoughtfully designed for couples to unwind together. It was the perfect way to spend quality time and truly disconnect from the world. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a special, relaxing experience..especially as a couple! The ONLY note I would give is I was disappointed that we could not get our massages together in a couples room but ultimately I guess it didn't matter all THAT much since you're just in your own "cocoon", closing your eyes and focusing on your own massage. It was my first time at this spa on 12/8 and honestly I was so pleasantly surprised at the decor, staff, and services offered at this location. I would DuBunne day spa as a hidden luxury spa in your local South Bay neighborhood. I'm weird and can't really engage in massages because I am extremely ticklish but was advised that this spa also does facials so I opted for a facial since it's been long overdue. I was here for a company treat and part of the treat was we had the lounge area reserved and the service and amenities there were marvelous! The jacuzzi has tose petals, we had a spa bartender with awesome beverage options, along with a meat, cheese, and crackers plate with a side of chocolates! Now onto my facial. I was greeted by Hailey W. Who was my skincare specialist. She was super sweet, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable in her craft. My facial was an hour long and it was so relaxing. To my surprise, the bed I was laying on was heated and they did extractions too which was awesome! Hailey complimented my skin and let me know the products she was using on my skin. She made a face mask for me too which I thought felt super luxurious too. Never once was she pushing products on me which I really appreciated and honestly made me more interested in the DuBunne product offerings! I even received a skincare routine with all the products Hailey recommended for me which I thought was so helpful. The facial was so awesome I am telling myself to make it a point to come back here once a month now for this! The DuBunne spa waters were incredible, their showers were so clean and showcased their products beautifully. I even purchased the eucalyptus shower spray they have because I enjoyed the effect on the experience it gave me. Overall, 10/10 I would highly highly recommend. I visited DeBunne' Spa the day before Thanksgiving and had a great solo date. I didn't realize how expansive this place was. I was given a brief tour before my massage and was surprised with the amount of nooks and rooms to just chill in and decompress, have a cup of tea, read a book, etc. I got a 80 min massage and enjoyed it. After my massage, I went to one of the rooms and meditated for a bit, then walked to one of the other waiting areas and had a cup of tea. Honestly, I didn't want to leave. I was planning to explore the outside area a bit more, but it grew a bit more crowded in the afternoon. Next time, I will plan accordingly so I can enjoy the sauna as well. I'm looking forward to visiting again and spending more time here. My favorite family owned spa in Seal Beach closed, so I have been on the hunt for another spa that isn't super far away. Recently, treated a friend to a birthday massage & hot tub experience. We were in the outdoor couples area, where there are two massage tables, and the hot tub along with a beverage of your choice. The masseuse were attentive, providing us both with the massage levels we requested. The oils used during the massage were light and made for a relaxing experience, so much so my friend fell asleep during the massage. Once we finished our massages we used the sauna next door and then sat relaxing in the outdoor cabana area, we were able to unwind and chat with two other guests waiting on their services. As we sat, the staff kept checking in to see if we needed anything, and brought us amble tea and cranberry juice to enjoy. I have recommended the spa to a few friends looking for a smaller more quality spa experience and look forward to joining them on a return visit. read more

I love this spa! I used to live in the area and I was sad when we moved out to Ventura county because I cannot find another like them. They have an awesome changing/waiting area. You get a comfy robe to change into, you can use the steam room and showers. They have all the amenities you can think of for a shower and when you change after your service. They offer a drink as well like a mimosa which is included. They have a gorgeous outside patio you can hang out on as well while you wait for your service. I get my hydrafacials done here because they have extras they do before and after the hydrafacial. I've also had multiple massages done here and it's always amazing. They are a little pricey but to me worth the splurge to relax and unwind. I still drive down from Ventura area from time to time to come here because I love them that much! read more

Attentive staff, relaxing atmosphere, beautiful decor. We were treated like queens. Monica and Becky provided the best massages. Sylvia and Karina were also so sweet and friendly! I never felt like I was bothering them, asking for a towel or a beverage, even though they were super busy. My friend and I didn't want to leave! Went for a couples experience/package that included a tub soak, massage and foot scrub. This was our first time at this spa and it was very relaxing. I will definitely be back and even consider doing a membership. I think the vibe/ ambiance was perfect and the little touches like the flavored waters and mango slices. Also, the iced wash cloth next to the tub for your face is a step above for sure, definitely see how this place was voted one of the best. I'd agree. Cute date idea! I took my mom here for her birthday and she loved it! I got the best scalp massage I've ever had with one of the male masseuses (it's been a while since I went and I forgot his name). Environment was great, and I loved the tea and dry fruit they served. Only downside was I felt it was a little small so only 2-3 people could fit in the sauna outside. She customized skincare to accommodate my rosecea. The spa itself is very deceiving, it's much larger than one would think. There are many places to sit and relax. They provide a robe and slippers so you're super comfy. They also have champagne, wine, infused waters, etc... I'll definitely be back as I didn't know it was that kind of place. You get comfy in a thick gray robe and slippers. Then head into the waiting area with waters of watermelon or coconut water or lemon/lime combo water. I ordered a deep tissue massage and that is what I got from Becky. 24 years of doing massages gives you strong hands. I roamed around this maze of many wonders. There are couples massage rooms, there is an outdoor waiting area complete with the sound of trickling water off the walls and live plants growing. Lots of zen and music.
