She surrounds herself with a team that has strengths different from her own and from each other. The quality of their products is top-tier. Laura has invested a lot into finding ethical, high-quality products and vendors. Planted's pricing is fair, and they value plant care above all else. Matching plants to people's needs and abilities was more important than a sale ever was. I only left Planted to pursue graduate school. Whenever I have the chance, I make trips to Dubuque to visit Laura and Planted. Who can say that about their boss?

They deliver!! With…read morethe time difference and not being in the area, I called in an order for two dozen red long stem roses. To my surprise, they were available to deliver this gorgeous arrangement within hours! Not long after I placed my order, the employee sent me a picture by text message. The real "proof of delivery" was when my friend let me know that she LOVED the amazing vase of roses :) She also said that the roses smelled lovely and that this really brightened her day. So while I'm unable to physically hug her in person, at least this beautiful rose arrangement was like my virtual hug to her. Thank you so much Blooming Basket, for your expeditious customer service.
