She apologized and explained they were in the process of changing and downsizing their wine selection while still using the old menu, and she suggested a comparable alternative. Reluctantly, we agreed. While the wine was delicious, it simply didn't compare to our usual. Although we were thoroughly disappointed, the team went above and beyond to make things right and ensure we still had a wonderful dining experience--they even treated us to dessert.
