It was very hot and humid and asking to come into the office, she was very hesitant and advised I would have to make an appointment to come back another time. The BEST of the BEST! Lou showed up right on time and had the issues fixed in less than 2 hours. I…read morehad previously spent 3 weeks back and forth to another pool store getting the water tested. I had a leak from one of the pvc pipes which Lou promptly figured out what the problem was, and cleaned out the green algae in the pool as well. By the time he was finished, the leak was fixed and the pool was crystal clear again. He's extremely friendly, knowledgeable, as well as affordable, and offered tips on how to properly maintain the pool before he left. Don't hesitate to call him. You'll get a response (unlike alot of the other places around), and the issue will get fixed, as Lou not only does maintenance, he does repair as well. I'll be calling him again if/ when I need him. I would have given 10 start if they were available.
