They even took us to their local distributors to pick out our pavers. We had some special design requests for our pool. Some that they have never done before. Even they were impressed when it was done. (But is it ever really done? ) Installation day came and their team worked like well oiled machinery. Everyone had their jobs and worked like they were blindfolded, working from muscle memory. They were all professional, polite, and were quite humorous. We provided cold drinks and watermelon to keep them cool as they worked in the hot sun. Every stage of the install went smoothly. They even dug trenches for the gutter leads to drain under the pavers. Ohh the pavers! There were many of them. All the cutouts were made properly and professionally. From the start when we walked in, Melissa thoroughly walked us through the entire pool process. Starting with the size ,color and permits. She explained everything honestly , checking all our boxes, which would best meet our budget and back yard needs. She was extremely knowledgeable,informative confident and upbeat. We discovered through our research that Latham pools was the industry leader in fiberglass pool's manufacturing and Pools And Palms was a local dealer installing Latham pools. We contracted with Pools And Palms in October 2023 to install the Latham Cambridge style pool and we could not be more pleased with the service, delivery and installation of our pool. The entire team is professional, efficient and meet all their timeframes! The installation crew was on point and amazing to watch how efficiently they work. The entire installation process took just a little over 3 weeks. We had the pool and equipment delivered, ground excavated, pool installed, water in the pool on the first day! The information that was given at that time was nothing more then great marketing. We made an appointment on the spot and met with the Sales team within a few days. Pools and Palms did a great job at explaining the all of the options, and all of the maintenance steps of owning a pool. After we selected a pool, Larry came out to the house with an exact size and shape tarp of our pool, so we could verify it's proper location, and fit in our yard. A smart way to view the layout. The additional jets in the deep end of the pool offer us the benefit of a hot tub like jet system inside our new pool. We love the jets. The care and maintenance has been very easy as they offer sophisticated testing of our pool water and good prices when chemicals are needed. Our pool looks great and the team at Pools and Palms were excellent. The schedule was set and P&P delivered as promised. All the subcontractors (Universal Concrete, Arcadian Fence, Coastal Carolina Concrete Design, Mikes Pool Tech and Pruitt Electrical) were great to work with. This was our first pool so I would recommend to first timers to think about where they want to place the pool equipment. I wish I had installed it out of sight on the side of the house and I wish I had the installers plumb our back wash line instead of using the hose system.
