Bought a gift card for my father. Place has gone out of business. No refund of gift card or other alternative.

I watched one girl remove my weather tech floor mats and throw on top of my hood. Then the couple who was "washing it" in between making out scrub the hood with a hard brush. They didn't bother cleaning the windshield which still had bugs on it. When they pulled it out to dry it, they pulled another vehicle right next to it and opened a door into the side. They put my floor mats in still soaking wet. So after spending $31 , I left with a dirty roof, side panels, rear window, and windshield and a brand new scratch. Absolutely horrific service and experience! Oh and they didn't even tell me they were done they just left my door open and moved on to next car. read more

They used to do a good job. When I pulled up on Thursday morning, there were no other vehicles in line. I only wanted an exterior wash, the one that cost $28, so I pulled into the line for exterior only. No one came out to ask me what wash I wanted. Instead, the employees at the beginning of the wash bay waved me forward INTO the wash bay. They were trying to get me positioned on the belt and were going to leave me in my car to go through the car wash. I've never remained in my car for this particular location, the employees have always driven my car in themselves. They began pre-spraying my car. I opened my door and asked if I could get out, and let them proceed with my car. None of them spoke English and had no idea what I was asking. So I just put my car in park and got out because I didn't know what I was supposed to do (again, they did not speak English). I had to step over a moving conveyor belt with water spraying everywhere to exit the wash bay. I walked down the hallway and waited outside for my vehicle. When it emerged, they began to hand dry my car and do the wheel shine. I pointed out several remaining mud splatters on my car to the man tire shining. He didn't speak English either. After waiting for several minutes, I noticed they moved to another vehicle, and I asked if I was done. They said yes, so I got in my car and drove away. I realized at that time that I never paid for my wash, so I turned around and went back. I entered the lobby area. There were multiple girls standing around the register busily chatting in Spanish. I explained to the cashier that I never received a slip for the wash with my choice of which wash I wanted. She said in broken English "You received the $14 wash right?" I said "I have no idea what I got, but I need to pay for it". She charged me $14, and asked if I wanted to add a tip. Um, no. None of them deserved an additional tip. So I put a cash tip in the tip box outside. I drove to Walmart and noticed the tire shine was dried already and completely dull. I think they just used water. I will never go back to this car wash. Worse experience ever, terrible service, and a lackluster wash. Do better!! read more

I paid for the $23.00 wash and got a 0.50 clean it was still dirty inside no vacuum no wipe down will never ever go there again after giving a tip aswell so now I have to fight for a refund read more

This was my second time there with different vehicles I was very pleased by the first cleaning but my last one was bad, I went there bc I needed the inside of my car clean because my dogs were inside and they left some hair and saliva on my doors and I wanted all that gone. The vacuuming was fine I guess, I tipped them $10 each and I used the $25 premium cleaning. But as you can see in the pictures they didn't get rid of the saliva marks and I told the ladies that I wanted that gone but she didn't listen to me and she just left without doing the job. They do not wipe your seats she said and I guess they do not wipe doors either. The outside was good, no complaints about that. I feel that they should care a bit more about their clients, one guy saw that I wasn't happy with the cleaning but he just stood there and didn't do anything to help. read more

They were good. My car was beautiful inside and out. But, my big problem was the price increase by a lot. I went April or May it was something like $13. When I went again I believe it was the fall It had jumped to $21. For the same thing. They might've been good but never again! That's a rip off! read more

The staff is amazing and I've never had a bad cleaning. If you want a full detail for $20, like I think some reviewers on here wanted ...then you've never had a detail on your car done. Impossible expectations. But if you want a good cleaning and quickly then this is your place to go read more

$37 wasted... Windows were not cleaned, carpet was not vacuumed, seats/doors were still dirty/Dusty, rims were not wiped down, bugs, all over the hood and grill, cupholders/door handles were still filled with dust... Worst experience ever, they need to close down the car wash and turn it into a self service car wash with a change machine... A waste of space/a waste of time/a waste of money read more

I will never go back. I paid $30 for the works of car washing. They did not vacuum the back of my SUV, the windows were not cleaned, and they didn't even clean or vacuum out the middle console. Worst job ever. Will never go back or refer anyone to them. My cat could have done a better job read more

It is now 445 pm on February 18, 2020. At 415pm February 18, 2020 I stopped at the Car wash. The staff began to vacuum the interior of my car. They then stopped as other staff members claimed they were closed. My car was then pulled into the car wash where the staff began the prep wash of the car. I was told to go to the cashier as my car would be taken care of. So i walked about halfway through the corridor only to see my car being backed out of the car wash and then left in the parking lot. No one even spoke to me. I asked for someone in charge but there was no one. I went to my now wet but u washed car and left without so much as an apology. I called the numbers on their card. Nothing. I've seen a lot of really foolish things in my days but this is without a doubt beyond atrocious. read more

Rating is less than zero! Went thru today and had a hand full of change stolen from my console. it was only $15- $20 but the point is, it was mine! not theirs. I know how much was there because I had just counted it!! Worthless damn car wash lizards! I even offered for them to put it back but no one fessed up. SEAFORD PD was called and took a report. pain in my ass!! I'll be spreading the word all over Sussex County. Do Not go there!! Basically I paid them to steal from me. read more

This was the worst car wash I have ever been to. The only thing they did right was the exterior. I paid $29 for "The Works" and I genuinely don't know what they cleaned. Every single thing was still dirty. The carpet was still filthy, every compartment filled with crumbs, steering wheel still had stuff on it. The entire car looked like before it came in. I called ahead to confirm that the car wash was still open for the afternoon. I spoke with someone at 4:20 p.m. and they said that they were still open and washing. I responded that I live about 10 minutes away and I will be right there. I pull up slightly after 4:30 p.m. and they are closed and then the manager was too busy to speak with me about the issue. This is very frustrating. I wouldn't have been so upset if I hadn't made sure that you were open by contacting you by phone prior to driving to the carwash. When this business first opened, the quality of service was 5-star. Was sold this year (2019), and really went downhill in quality of work and customer relations. Get better results from drive-through wash for half the price. read more

My name is Larry and I have been dealing with Duck In in Seaford, De. for several years now and have been pleased until now. Since new owners took over they have gone down hill. Last week my windows were smeared and had to be redone. Today I got the Premium full service for $23.00 and they did not even clean the inside. They did not vacuum, they did not clean the dashboard and when I brought this to the Manager's attention, he could have cared less. He told one of the boys to come out and fix it but the boy made it worse by just brushing the dash and console with an already filthy rag. I definitely will be looking for another car wash that pays attention to detail and actually does what their customers pay for. Horrible service. Went there today to have my truck washed. It's a 2004 and when in middle of wash the roller came down and peeled plastic border right off edge of my tailgate. It rolled it and bent it to the point of not able to get it right back on. I brought it to the girls attention that had just rung me up at register. She told some guy in little office who was clearly not in charge. By time we all got outside everyone was looking but nobody was fixing anything. When I asked about management I was told by another guy that they were not here and since it's a 2004 there is nothing that can be done. There is a huge scratch in my plastic and inside my tailgate. I was able to pop plastic back in but its still not normal. Will be going to shop to have it fixed. I will not be going here ever again due to piss poor management. I can't believe this happened for one. And for two I cant believe the attitude of the two guys that were supposed to be in charge of the crew. One acted as if he didn't care it happens all time. And the second told me that they were not like other car washes and owners are not responsible cause of the year of my vehicle. Very rude and unprofessional. Those two should be fired and owner should be fixing my truck. read more

I took my vehicle there to be cleaned paid for the 26.00 service I am not happy there is dirt still in floor dust an stuff on dash an around gear shift this is the third time I've tried these people never again dont recommend them to anyone I'll go to soft touch from here on read more

On 06/18/16 @ 10:00am was my "CAR WASH NOT". I always get the Extreme $25.00 plus $5.00 tip. I waited in line for 1 hr and 10 mins which is not the problem. I spoke to the 1st gentleman that drives your car in. I told him that 3 weeks ago, I was there and the vacuum guys totally missed my back seat, mats, and floor! I told him to "MAKE SURE YOU GUYS DONT MISS IT THIS TIME". Well I walked up and waited just knowing that my backseat was going to vacuumed, mats were going to be cleaned and so fourth. GUESS WHAT- my back seat was still dirty, WASNT vacuumed and mats had not been touched. WHY PEOPLE! When I freaking told you what the problem was and still the same problem. They have 20 people working there and no one can even see that it wasn't done. My back window wasn't even clean. So, I gave it a second chance and wasted another $30.00! Such ashame, up till the last 2 months it was an amazing place to get your car wash! What and who changed! read more
