Well this rude lady comes from a door near the claw machines, maybe security I dunno cause she wasn't in a uniform but with a pretty ridiculous attitude she says "YOU ALL MEED TO LEAVE, the mall is closed!!" I looked at her and said "Excuse me!" And with an attitude again she said the same thing..... so I told her she ask politely without being a B! The mall should not have movies that end that late if this lady is going to harass people on their way out..... I was treating my family to a fun night and it was just nonsense how she acted. If she is part of your employment.... Maybe find someone who is actually wanting a job and considerate. Unnecessary drama for no reason. I think a lot of it is pretty standard... - Return within 90 days with a receipt: Receive purchase price back to original form of payment - Return after 90 days with receipt or anytime with a gift receipt: Receive purchase price as merchandise credit only. - Return without a receipt: Receive current selling price as merchandise credit only. My issue with this change is with their new FINAL SALE policy. - They cut the tags off your brand new items to ensure you can't return them. Therefore my newly purchased, never worn item that I just so happened to score a great deal on... looks not new. Possible pre-owned. What if I planned to gift someone that item? Don't they deserve to know it hasn't been worn and is right off the rack? (Or in my case, I got a supposedly unworn bikini without any tags... which was unexpected. And kind of weirded me out.) If you need to scribble on the tag, over the barcode-- go for it. But I go to Von Maur for the experience and the unique items sold there. It is tacky and off brand to send new items sans tag. (And when I contacted customer service to express my opinion about said two piece. I was basically shrugged off.) I buy plenty of thrift items for myself and even they include a tag... just sayin. This would be a two star, just because of how I feel about the new changes. But I still stand by Von Maur as a quality store. This change may stop me from getting certain items here now. The amount of sequins in this place is unreal. The men's section is also enormous, as is the women's (non-dress) section, including a great plus-size variety. The shoe clearance section was all women's; there was another shoe dept but I never made it over there. The most underwhelming area was the kids department, and specifically the boys section. The girls section was decent, but the boys was crazy sparse. The baby department had a fairly good selection. The main focus here is ABSOLUTELY clothing, but there are some home goods. This is a haberdashery, not the denim and gun aisle at Walmart. Gentlemen of height greater than average will appreciate the fine tailoring done here, particularly with respect to neckties. For those 6'2" and above--not an insignificant percentage of modern American males--standard length ties will simply not do the job. Starting a unicorn ranch is easier than finding handsome, quality extra long ties. But there's hope. The Gentry Shop (although they do have a few good long ties) will expertly lengthen a regular tie and ship it to you. You may be wearing a once lilliputian cravat, but your friends and colleagues will be none the wiser, and compliments will commence.
