All BAD reviews! Had the platinum wash don to my suv. Gave an extra tip to have it done well. Asked to please vacuum well. Car was done. At first glance inside they had done a terrible job vacuuming!!! Tires were not dressed as they should of been, inside looked like they did not even wipe down! Every time I go there I have to ask them to redo the vacuum job!!! This was now 3 in a row. They told me tires dried...guess that's why they looked like they did not even do. They vacuumed for second time and still left it looking like it had not been done! I have had it. I had the manager Victor come talk to me. He was so rude! Told me not to tip the guys what I needed to do was pay an extra $10 to have a better vacuum. Are you kidding???? They did do tires for 2nd time and it looked like they should. Funny??? This place is a joke and the owner must be a complete shady idiot . With as many bad reviews I've read I'm really surprised that the people around here continue to go!!! He should be run out of town! We signed up for a membership shortly after moving to San Ramon, and it has been one of the best decisions! We have everything from sedans to a full-size truck and even a luxury vehicle, and we trust Ducky Car Wash with every one of them. All of our cars come through Ducky, and we definitely get our money's worth with our membership. The wash does a fantastic job every time, the free vacuums are always convenient, and I love that they provide clean towels on-site so you can give your car that final touch. It's the little things that really set them apart. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and always greets us with a smile when we arrive. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and the team at Ducky always goes above and beyond. We'll absolutely continue to be loyal customers for years to come. I have gone to this carwash several times, I keep returning only because it is convenient. The first time I got my car washed I got the bronze package (the cheapest) they did an ok job except the windows where not clean and there where smudges all over the console. The second time I thought I would upgrade to the gold package maybe it would be better but I had similar issues. Against my better judgment I returned today because we had been at the beach over the weekend and there was sand in the trunk that I could not get out myself. I showed them the trunk and asked if they could vacuum it out, they said yes but when I returned to the car there was still sand in the same spot as before I dropped the car off. Every time I leave this carwash I end up having to vacuum or clean the inside myself after I get home, when you pay $30+ for a car wash you should not have to touch it up at home to make it acceptable. read more

My husband recommended San Ramon Valley Carwash to me because he's been going there for the past five years. He loves the thorough job they do while cleaning and vacuuming his truck, and how they take their time to make each customer feel valued. I visited SRVC today. The team did a great job on my mustang and making sure all of the dust and ash was removed from the smoke. They also were offering waxes and floor carpet cleanings for a reduced price. I was greeted by Sergio, the manager who was very friendly and welcoming. He wanted to know if I was satisfied and if I needed anything else. My husband and I have had similar experiences with the staff every time we've visited. They always go out of their way to make sure customers are happy with their services. Unfortunately, my visit to this car wash was a complete disappointment. Not only was the customer service horrendous, but the quality of the wash left much to be desired. My car came out with scratches all over, which were definitely not there before. Upon bringing these concerns to the attention of the staff, I was met with defensiveness and denial. Rather than acknowledging their responsibility or offering a resolution, they attempted to shift the blame onto external factors or previous damage. This disregard for customer well-being is not only unacceptable but reflects a fundamental lack of respect for those who choose to support their business. I would strongly advise against going to this establishment until they improve both their service and their quality control. read more

I recently brought my truck in for a wash and spent $31 plus a $5 tip, only to receive a subpar job that my eight-year-old could have done much better. After the initial wash, my truck was supposed to receive an interior hand wash, but it took less than two minutes for them to declare it was finished. The dash remained barely wiped, and the insides of the doors were completely neglected. I had to ask one of the staff members to redo the job. Thankfully, a lady stepped in and did an excellent job rectifying the initial mistakes. It was unfortunate that I had already given the first worker a $5 tip before seeing the quality of his work, and then I had to give another tip to the lady who corrected it. I don't foresee myself returning here anytime soon. read more

The car wash is currently under new management and I love it! Dont pay attention to the old reviews, because this is absolutely the car wash here! Has tons of new employees. I got a 39.99 dollar wash and it was fantastic. They were quick, thorough and had excellent customer service! Love love love. . . the new cashier Daisy she just started and she is amazing, I watched her work as I waited for my car and not once did she stop smiling or get frustrated with a single one of her customers. I did not have her as my cashier but she still made an effort to compliment my hair. Super sweet young lady and amazing service. I am just so amazed with how much this place has improved since the new management team arrived. read more

I recently had my car washed and failed to realize that my daughter's ring that was given to her by her grandmother was left on my passenger seat. Only until I went home and my daughter asked for it did I realize that it was gone. I searched the car for an hour and then came to the conclusion that it must have been swept up by the vacuum at the car wash. I called Victor, the manager, and he volunteered to check the vacuum system the following day to see if he could find it. The next morning, I received a text message with a photo of the ring. I was extremely impressed with all aspects of how this was handled - especially given the fact that it was my fault. Many thanks Victor! read more

SO happy that I googled a carwash nearby when on the road for work, I actually live in Livermore but will be continuing to commute to San Ramon after the service I received this afternoon. All of the staff members were very professional and their services are very fair for the quality of their work, Sergio even took additional time with me to explain the different package options. My work car is basically where I live Monday - Friday, in addition to that I live on a ranch (and it shows). I was impressed not only by the exterior cleaning but how staff were able to get all of the dust and dirt out of my cab and carpet. If I could give 6 stars, I most certainly would. read more

Created a yelp acct just to write about my horrible experience at this car wash. Started out with greeter who's shirt had the name embroidered Vince. It was obvious he was more interested on being on his phone than wanting to answer my questions about a car wash. Mgmt needs to look for personable, friendly, and helpful associates especially in that position where their interface with customers should be on point. Above all, PROFESSIONALISM should be required especially if he's the manager like I overheard him say. Please find new managements. I went to the place after long time to get a car washed. Main reason I went there was becasue of its proximity to my office. It used be Sponges before. The quality of their car wash was not that great either compared to Chamois in Danville. With the name change, I was hoping that place has improved - no such luck. Interior dash board was not cleaned properly. There were streaks on the back window.I had to check everything and pin point to the person who was like "Why are you making me go through this". My old Lexus needed a carwash badly. I received the best quality wash and service. In addition, Sergio went above and beyond- He noticed that one of my headlight was yellowed and fogged. Just like that, he fixed it and made it better!! Sergio was so proactive and helpful with the most awesome kind and friendly customer service I have ever experienced. He was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and even referred me to a local locksmith where I can finally get another set of car keys! I got a great carwash and made a helpful friend! Thank you Sergio! ¡MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO TAKE ACTION! Came morning of 2019/10/16 and dealt with a very unstable and unfriendly wait person while getting gas. He was abrupt and short with myself and other customers. I needed a car wash but after my encounter with him I refused to give this establishment any more money and I will make sure to tell all my connections in san ramon to not come here. A few weeks ago I came for my regular wash, and I had about 120$ stolen from my middle console. I came back today for my regular wash and spoke with the manager Juan about it. Juan confided in me that it is another manager who is stealing from customers!!! Most of these reviews are about customers getting things stolen from their cars! I've been coming to the San Ramon Valley Carwash for a long time and their service is excellent. The car washes are quick, staff is friendly, and my car is always really clean afterward. There's plenty of seating available outside while you wait for your car to be cleaned, both in the sun and in the shade. If you forget to bring cash with you for a tip, there's an ATM inside the gas station, so no need to feel like a cheapskate. All around a great service! read more

He welcomed me with a warm smile and friendly tone and walked me through each othe options with clear explanation. Not only did he provide great customer service but so did the rest of the staff. Visiting girlfriend's family in the East Bay and somehow ran across this hidden gem of a local car wash. My car was a disaster, but I'm low on cash in rent is due, so I paid for the poor man's wash - which was only $27. I hung out in their air-conditioned lobby, sent a few texts, and about 20 minutes later my car was ready. It feels cleaner than the day I bought it. Thanks to everyone running this place.
