This has been my go to car wash for about 2 years now! There's so many in the area but this has been the one with the best outcome for me. I usually get the highest tiered wash for my truck which cost a little more as it's considered an oversized vehicle. The car wash is also not the quickest because they take their time! It's a thorough job and it's always been good results. If you don't have time to sit and wait for a car wash walk over to the new H mart and shop for a little bit and walk back. After several years visiting this car wash, it's time to find a new one. I've noticed over the past half years or so the quality of the car washes has gone downhill. Today I opted for the Superior Shine and Hand-wash. I'm not one of those guys to nitpick right on site after the car is done ... you either do a good job or you don't and if it continually happens, I just won't come back. That's where I'm at now. I haven't even started looking at the exterior closely, but the interior looks as if it was not touched except for a two minute vacuum. I could take about 30 pictures, but you probably get the point - these were taken just after getting home. Now I'm home doing the work that should have been done for the hundred dollar car wash (plus tip lol). My recommendation, find another car wash. Given that most are not that great in the Dublin area, you might as well pay less and get this subpar quality. read more

The prices are low, and if your expectations match that, you might walk away satisfied. Mine didn't--and the results reflected it. I expect my car to actually be clean. They didn't remove the crusted dead bugs from the front grill or hood. They didn't wipe inside the doors or anywhere near the trim, leaving visible dust smears. I paid extra to have the mats cleaned, and for reasons unknown, they opened the back of my 4Runner--where I had only a clean, neatly folded 8x10 black tarp--and didn't wipe the mat, didn't vacuum under it, and the tarp was gone when they were done. They also damaged the Mexican flag & eagle decal on the back driver's-side window. Someone aggressively rubbed it with a yellow microfiber towel, lifting the edges and leaving microfiber threads stuck underneath. The tire treatment was sloppy as well. It didn't reach the treads, so the tires look uneven and still dirty. The waiting area didn't help the experience. There's a sign saying "don't let your dogs pee here," yet the entire area with the children's toys and umbrella-covered seating smelled strongly of dog urine. The other waiting areas were in full sun, and even just trying to pay took nearly 30 minutes--no one acknowledged me until a young woman in a sundress walked up and immediately got someone's attention. When I asked the cashier if I needed to be a cute girl in a sundress to get help, he shrugged and said, "It helps." Low prices don't excuse incomplete work, damaged items, missing belongings, or a poorly maintained customer area. I won't be returning. read more

I paid $69.99 for the full service, and this was the result afterward. I was disappointed with how much I paid and the care I received. I paid for the supreme ($45) The exterior was mostly clean, but I still saw the old cobwebs all over my side mirrors. The most thing I was disappointed in was the interior of my car. There was still stuff to vacuum, the windshield still had massive marks on it, my seat had a little stain on it, and it took me 5 seconds to scratch it off. I definitely could tell they were rushing. If they maybe spent 10 more minutes cleaning my car, It could have been a 4-5 star review. read more

I had a pretty disappointing experience at this car wash. When I arrived, there were only two cars ahead of me, but it still took almost 20 minutes just to drop it off at the vacuum area. That felt really excessive for such a short line and I dont understand why they cant take your car beforehand when I had already chosen the car wash option I wanted. I decided to grab food next door while they worked on my car, and when I came back about 20 minutes later, they were still not finished. In total, the entire process took around 45 minutes. Normally I wouldn't mind the wait if the quality made up for it, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. I paid for the #3 package, which is supposed to include wiping down the seats, but the passenger seat was still visibly dirty. I asked them to redo it, and even after that, it still wasn't properly cleaned. The back seat was even worse -- it looked like it hadn't been touched at all. Long line even on a weekday but that shows it's good and popular. I went for the supreme shine. Drove up and waited line for about 10 mins. And then at the prep and they took down what I wanted and gave me a receipt to take in to pay. Watched as my car got a thorough prep and pre-wash and then went into the full wash. Paid my bill and waited another 10 mins or so for the car to come back out the other way. Then to the wipe down bay where 1 guy was assigned to it so all the wiping and interior stuff. After it was done and he called me over, I checked closely and there were some small spots and areas here and there that needed further attention so I told them and someone attended to it. This place has a nice waiting area, lots of snack and drink options, and a decent bathroom. I've been here a few times now and the outside of my car most of the time always comes out looking clean. The workers are nice. Unfortunately, the interior of my car is my complaint. I was charged more for dog hair, which I totally understand as it is a pain to get out. But there was still quite a lot of dog hair left, and they never vacuumed out my middle console at all. There was still some sunflower seeds from our recent road trip. They also didn't wipe certain areas vents, door handles/ under windows/ etc, so it was dusty. The reason why people go to these could be because they just have the luxury and the money, but others it's necessary at times because of their physical impairments, mental health, and busyness of their lives. I have taken my car in for a car wash and have taken 89.99 service for full car wash and wax. After an hour and half or so the car was returned to me. I drove home only to notice that the smudge on car wheels was not cleaned. I called back to report the issue and was asked to come back. The lady told me that she can help the same day and is not available the next day. I shared with her that I can only back on weekend to which he said ok. When I went there on Saturday to get it fixed, the service was rejected outright saying 3 days has passed. Even after I repeated everything that happened, she was ok to do an interior clean but not the exterior - where the problem was to begin with. I would avoid this place at all costs. It looked super busy when I pulled up. But I was actually out of there fast. I went to get just my seat washed. The stain and smell is out! They told me 30 minutes but I was out in half the time. My only suggestion is that they use a POS that gives cash back. So it's easy to tip the guys for their hard work. Also, there was one girl working there. Who looked like she was running the place. I selected Option 4, which includes the hand wax, and I also paid extra to have my rubber mats cleaned. The interior of the car was done well with no issues, but the exterior windows were not properly cleaned and there was quite a bit of wax residue left on the car that I ended up having to remove myself. I understand they were busy that morning--I was fourth in line when they opened--so I'm hoping this was just an off day. First time trying the car wash and I would have been better off taking the car to a gas station car wash. My car is a dark grey and there water streaks all over the exterior of the car. The car's center console had a zipped pouch containing about $150 in cash that my daughter had earned from selling at the booth. And this was partly on me for not removing it from the car; it had totally slipped my mind. Afterward, we went straight home after picking them up from Hmart, and it wasn't until the next day that we found that over $100 was missing. It's very noticeable because most of the $20 bills were taken, leaving just $50 in change. I went to the Palace to confront them, but of course, they deny all wrongdoing. I usually would give these folks a good rating on their car washes. I have been going for the past year - sometimes it is more thorough than other times, but that is expected and nothing to write about in my opinion. This review is more of a weird plea to remove the ban that was put on me and maybe a warning for any other moms out there... Today, I had a the strangest experience as I was asked to not come back again because " the guys want to do a good job....but your car is just so bad ....it takes them too long, so they've asked me to tell you not to come back here" I fully confess to their claims of my car being bad. Road trip with three children bad, a feast of crumbs and smashed fig bars and even about a pound of birdseed spilled across the back... bad. I get it. If you taught a variety of art and nature classes weekly, and commute your children to their different commitments each day, your car may look very similar to mine... Obviously, I have my priorities out of balance and have too much going on to wash my car myself and that is why I am paying for this service. This usually is my go to place for a while now but the last two times being here was the worst ever . The first time I went, I was the last car and it totally looked like they just wanted to go home and since it wasn't that bad I gave them grace. Today however, yes they were slammed but there were tons of people working so I thought it wouldn't be that bad, when I tell you I think I would have done a better job, I am not lying. The rugs were not vacuumed, my windows had spots all over it, the bird poop that was on my car was still on my car, they sprayed the inside of my car but didn't wipe it off, side mirrors were not even touched. While driving home, I of course noticed the windows, but when I got home, I spent the next 30 minutes cleaning my car after paying 45.00 plus tip for my tiny car, and yes, my bad I should have inspected it before driving off but like I said, they were super busy and I hate to be that person. I don't think I got what I paid for. $50 Supreme wash; done in 20 mins. The inside was haphazardly wiped. Photos are posted. I told them my main concern was my dashboard and my trunk carpet. The girl who took my ticket said, "okay," and explained it to the people washing the cars. When I got my car back, my dashboard was not wiped thoroughly and the trunk carpet wasn't washed all the way either. Seems like they sprayed it with a hose and left it to dry for 10 minutes, then put it back and called it a day. read more

Palace does an ok job with the actual wash except in my experience they are way too slow the 3 out of 4 visits ...Too few people working ... was there on a Monday before lunch and absolutely no hustle from those that are working. Frankly they couldn't be bothered to move fast. I drove in at 10:50am with 2 cars ahead of me and drove out at 11:55am painful!!! ...$35 for a hand wash (which is a fair deal) but they make a point of telling you they will not wipe down the interior doors and seats at this deal ... lol ... never heard of that. Overall I gave them 4 chances and so it's a no go return for me, I still like the other Dublin car wash for their speed and great $40 hand wash with no limitations... read more

I only went to get the exterior done and sadly the job was done lazily with very little care. I walked around the entire car and it's still dirty. Very disappointing. I came here because of the good reviews and sadly I got the quality of service all the bad reviews were complaining about. Second complaint is simply that although I was only there for exterior, I still had to wait in the line of cars waiting to be vacuumed. Subject: Disappointing Experience at Palace Shine I recently recommended Palace Shine to my son for a car wash, hoping to make his day off a bit brighter after working a 70-hour week. Unfortunately, our experience was far from positive. After getting his car washed, my son left the premises only to discover a flat tire a few minutes later. He called me, and as his mother, I immediately contacted Triple A. It turned out that there was a puncture in the tire. Considering these tires were purchased on November 22, 2023, from American Tires, it was quite surprising. Thankfully, American Tires was able to patch the tire. I called Palace Shine to inform them of the situation, hoping to get a professional and understanding response, primarily to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else. Instead, I was met with an unprofessional attitude. The person I spoke with responded, "That's funny, this has never happened before." I replied, "Well, it happened today," but the tone of the conversation left me feeling confused and dismissed. I asked for the person's name three times before she finally told me her name was Sharon. When I asked for a contact number to reach someone higher up, she curtly replied that there wasn't anyone available and that she was the manager. Sharon provided an email for further contact, which I used a week ago, but I have yet to receive a response. For a $44.00 car wash, this experience was incredibly disappointing. Not only did my son end up on the side of the freeway, but the lack of professionalism and sympathy from your staff was unacceptable.
