I recently took my Maltipoo and Shihpoo there for a bath and groom. I made an appointment online two weeks ahead of time and requested a specific person. When I dropped them off everything was as it normally is and I knew they were in good hands. I was wrong this time. My fiancé picked them up while I was at work, and when I got home I was shocked to see that Pollie looked NOTHING like herself(Pennie looked great, the usual cut that I get for both of my girls). They had shaved her down to almost nothing ALL OVER. I didn't understand why- no one had called me to say there was an issue, so why did they shave all of her hair off? The next day I called and asked to speak with the manager. Melissa(I believe she is one of the owners) came to the phone and I asked her what happened. She told me that the groomer I requested was overbooked so Bo did Pollies hair. I asked her why I was not notified when the appointment was booked and/or when they were dropped off(as my dogs get anxious with strangers) and she said- "she didn't know that it was a request". This was only the beginning of the excuses Melissa would give me. Every response she gave me made it seem as if it were my fault for the booking mishap(even though I received an appointment reminder and confirmed it- as well as a personal phone call from them about my upcoming appointment). She also had the nerve to tell me that "I asked for their hair to be cut short". I NEVER asked for that, and their regular groomers know exactly how to cut their hair. At this point I knew that if she was willing to lie then I was wasting my time. I told her that Pollies haircut looked awful and far from professional, and that's when Melissa really showed her bias for Bo. Neither of them would admit that he did a horrible job, but what's worse is that she never even apologized. I could say a lot more about this experience, but I think the reason for my low rating of this business is clear- poor customer service, extreme lack of professionalism, and no compassion whatsoever are just the tip of the iceberg.

I have two doodles, one on the bigger side and one on the smaller side & they've both come out flawlessly. They do a thorough job and take their time, but it doesn't take all day.
