Customer service and communication is terrible. Everyday different contractors showed up without proper updates from the previous workers or what was to be done the following day. Constant back and forth phone calls for clarity, and delays. I believe the workers are paid hourly as several days they sat around for hours doing nothing, and being on the phone which just extended my timeline. Several large black trash bags and a huge mailbox and post was dumped on my lawn and left for weeks. I have been rushed on the phone and assured "it will be handled" to no results. The finished work is fine but the process is terrible. Yesterday I called to add a room being painted and was told it was fine and would be added to my invoice. Today I spoke to the same person who pretended they never told me that, kept saying I'd have to pay and the workers could not paint for free? As if any human being would expect that? To then say I had to wait to speak to someone who was out of the country to get an updated price before it would be scheduled. That I needed to track him down to coordinate , instead of the professional thing to do of communicating internally and having someone reach out to me. There is no internal consistent communication for large projects. They left an entire checklist of things undone and submitted the project as complete.

However, things have changed and I regret using them for what should have been an easy job in 2026. The contract was for plumbing, electrical, installation of cabinetry and countertops. The job required permits (which they pulled) and HOC was to purchase all materials and products, except for backsplash tile. Number one, the agreement was to match existing cabinetry but instead we got the cheapest cabinets HD sells for a total of less than $500 (they charged us $950). Not only did the cabinets not match but they had no drawers or shelves, which they refused to correct. Number two, they sent non licensed workers to do the plumbing and electrical work, which failed inspection. Number three, the workers were never briefed beforehand on the job they were supposed to do. They relied on us to provide the contract and instructions on the work to be done. In summary, this was a hot mess. No communication between the various departments and the workers. I had to make numerous phone calls because drawings were not created (as agreed), products were not purchased and insistence of licensed contractors for permitted work (which they refused after failed inspection). In the end, adjustments to the original contract had to be made. The agreement was signed in January but because of all the issues, this simple job concluded in April. My review, I will never use them again, not happy with the job I paid for. BUYER BEWARE!!!

They cut the header that supports the weight above and pieced in a new piece of wood but the junction is not at a support (see photo below). On the inside, the header is essentially not on the support post (see photo). And now the windows are bowing so we are having someone competent remove everything and do the job right. We paid a fortune for this horrible job that they must have known would not resolve the issue. Shame on them.

From the first moment, everything went flawlessly, which has not been my experience with other contractors. The company takes pride in its work and DOES sweat the details (in a good way!), ensuring there are no surprises when it comes to functionality, aesthetics, schedule, and costs. Their pricing was fair, and as someone who is a value-conscious consumer, I felt like the quality of the work - not to mention the ease of working with them - was tremendous for the price paid. They also were simply pleasant to have in our home for the better part of three months; they were always incredibly prompt, cleaned up after themselves, and treated our entire family, including kids and cats, with a lot of care. He visited the site regularly, checking on his employees and asking us if we had any questions. When I reported to him that one of his employees wasn't getting as much done as the other, he pulled the employee from the job and put someone else on it. When I noted a seam in the wallboard, he had his workers flatten it and repaint. When he noticed peeling paint around a window that we hadn't asked him to address, he had his workers take care of it anyway. And when the supports for a shower rod got lost, he had an employee purchase, deliver, and install a shower rod. They even provided a shower curtain and hooks!
