He showed my husband a picture he said he took of our HVAC outside and told him it was moldy and quoted $475 to clean it. He was going to look under the house, too. My husband who is a licensed General Contractor pointed out that the picture showed dirt that could be easily cleaned (not mold). That was enough but then we looked at the HVAC and it was not dirty!
