When we called and complained the crew returned, with a very bad attitude, and spent all of 10 minutes, literally, to finish the job. When we complained to George about the poor job and attitude of his crew, he simply said that it was "their personality". We spent nearly $700 on this job with nothing to show for it and no discount offered for the lack of cleaning. Now, we have to have it redone by another company altogether for a lot more, but at least they'll do the job properly (the other co. told us the job would take a full day to get it done right, compared with the 3 hours Ductz took). Also, due to the vent being warped on the outside of our home, some birds were able to get inside and nest. Dusty was able to remove the nest and also make repairs to the outside vent.
