I submitted a Yelp query and quickly heard back from Lisa. I explained what I needed and she scheduled an appt to assess and talk estimates. Corey arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I needed two intake vents replaced, one was a custom size. And I needed 12 "boots" and grates replaced on the vents. I had tried to do this myself and it was just impossible. Corey explained what was needed and we discussed the price. Jump ahead to the work day. I needed to run some errands so I phoned the office to confirm arrival time. Lisa was quick to find out the answer and let me know. Around 10AM, per plan, Maurice and Marquis arrived. The work required hours of being on site and they were quick to get started. To say replacing the vents was difficult would be an understatement but they got it all done. He looked at dryer exterior and bc there was lint around the exterior when he took a picture in it he quoted me at $400. Considered it "clogged" when there was no visible clog. After I declined he went down to $275, so clearly trying to get money from me. Also waited for 4 days for this appointment. Would not recommend.

Also, due to the vent being warped on the outside of our home, some birds were able to get inside and nest. Dusty was able to remove the nest and also make repairs to the outside vent. It was a little pricey for the repairs but worth it. It took about an hour for cleaning and repairs. Very easy to book online and to make changes to appointments. I would highly recommend. According to them, everything else was fine. 6 weeks later during an unseasonably hot day in January the tech came out and said we had a hole in our coil, without ever going into the attic and he was in the phone talking the whole time. 10 minutes (and $70) later, he informed us that we needed an entirely new system in our 10 year old house. We have since had several companies come out to quote us a new HVAC system, and all of them said the duct work was fine When we decided to go with another company, they told us that only a manager could cancel maintenance plans and he would have to call me back.
