I called looking for a part with the brand of machine and model #. The salesman that I talked to…read moresaid he was not able to look up the part number. He said I needed to call the service center to get the part number for him. I said what good are you then. He said I have the part and started to laugh at me. This was the most rude and arrogant person I've came across in the service area. I would not recommend this place of business for anything.

Steve is the best! We were looking to paint the entire interior of our home (3 bed, 2.5 bath)…read moreincluding areas with vaulted ceilings. We reached out to Steve and he was able to fit us into his schedule within a reasonable time. When he arrived he had all the proper tools to paint including ladders, extensions for rollers, the trim wedge for corners and precise lines (we provided the paint and some brushes). He even created his own contraption that protected the walls from any sort of damage while using the ladder at the tall heights as an a-frame ladder was still too short. It was a pleasure having Steve work on our home. He was clean, efficient, professional, and a very nice guy. I will be reaching out to him on any future project we will need help on. Tech called before he arrived, arrived promptly, gave good service and advice on moving appliances around in my tight space. He Installed my part and had me up and running in about 30 min. Clear about payment policy, and was on to the next job. Price was more than I wanted to pay for a job that included no diagnostics and no parts ordering, but I couldn't get the job done myself, so we pays what they asks.

I finally got him to put on low and feel there was no heat so he said he could order parts without looking at anything in range at all.
