He said I needed to call the service center to get the part number for him. I said what good are you then. He said I have the part and started to laugh at me. This was the most rude and arrogant person I've came across in the service area. I would not recommend this place of business for anything.

We reached out to Steve and he was able to fit us into his schedule within a reasonable time. When he arrived he had all the proper tools to paint including ladders, extensions for rollers, the trim wedge for corners and precise lines (we provided the paint and some brushes). He even created his own contraption that protected the walls from any sort of damage while using the ladder at the tall heights as an a-frame ladder was still too short. It was a pleasure having Steve work on our home. He was clean, efficient, professional, and a very nice guy. I will be reaching out to him on any future project we will need help on. Refused to do any test. Turned dryer on and put hand inside and says it feels hot. I tried to move dryer to remove vent to test and he pushed it back and said no test. He then said " If I put my hand over your mouth you would stop breathing." This store has lots of one star reviews on other platforms. Be careful and go elsewhere.

After confronted, they tried to lay blame for poor upkeep of the dryer (we clean the lint cleaned out per manufacturer recommendation after each cycle). Incredibly rude and belligerent staff. Don't waste you time and hard earned money...they will most likely let you down and then refuse all responsibility for their work.
