Went to get the part, and after disassembling the door realized that it was a bent frame (5 year old probably tried to stand on the door). Only charged me the basic service fee, acted professionally and communicated frankly throughout. Highly recommend this service for appliance service and repair.

He just repeatedly told me to call the number for GE. Its impossible to tell what's covered looking at the single page warranty i was given because it was a generic warranty and it spoke of every appliance available. In retrospect, I should have shopped around more. I tried to return it after just four days (it was not installed yet, not even unwrapped), but Jason would not work with me to accept a return and apply the final cost to one of his better quality dishwashers. This was a mistake, and frankly I'm tired of being taken advantage of.

No prior leaks but afterwards it started leaking and caused damage to hardwood floor. They would not do anything about either the leak from the dishwasher or the damage that was caused. They offered to try to repair the dishwasher but wanted to charge me. I decided to hire someone else for the reasons stated above. I guess I will now have to find another repair company for both plumbing and appliance repair along with fixing the water damage.
