I opened up the app and it had taken us straight to our room. 5 weeks ago we bought a new high-quality TV. All of a sudden it quit working. We spent hours on the phone with Geek Squad and LG in Singapore. We were getting nowhere. I spoke to the manager as calmly as I could because we were mad as can be. He said we will replace the TV and waived delivery and set up fees.

But when I saw there were no hoses or screws with the appliance, he stated "I forgot". I also was not given an appliance manual. Every appliance I have ever purchased had one of those. He just repeatedly told me to call the number for GE. Its impossible to tell what's covered looking at the single page warranty i was given because it was a generic warranty and it spoke of every appliance available. In retrospect, I should have shopped around more. I tried to return it after just four days (it was not installed yet, not even unwrapped), but Jason would not work with me to accept a return and apply the final cost to one of his better quality dishwashers. This was a mistake, and frankly I'm tired of being taken advantage of.

The prices were cheap enough so we bought a washer and dryer and mattress. The washer and dryer was delivered to us and the workers who installed it were acting a little suspicious, but we thought might be nerves. Anywho they told us not to turn on washer machine for a while as it had to set, and to wait 4 hours well we did and when we started it up the washer machine would make a loud banging noise when it got to the spin cycle, next we notice the floor in our bedroom began to feel wet so we thought a pipe line busted. We called a plumber and no busted line however the connection from the washing machine was not connected properly and it caused a flood. My husband who is a handy man reconnected everything and we noticed the bottom of the washer machine was really really rusted, they sold us an damaged rigged machine. Fast forward a month and I noticed the mattress we got from them has bed bugs, so we had to throw it away. Beware of this company they are not honest and there is nothing dandy about them.
