These dance lessons have some wonderful dance instructors and they make the two left feet in me want to come out and find my rhythm. La Rumba is 21+ with a full bar with dance floor. The restrooms and dance hall are super clean-- they have a VIP dancing area! The lights, the music make me escape from the every day 9-5 day job! I love the fun, the rebellious dance lessons and sexy swaying in all of us! The best part is being yourself. This isn't like Dancing With The Stars!! She's in her second year of dancing in the ballet company. It's a lot of work! Happily, the dancers aren't measured against an impossible standard or even one another. I also don't mind supporting such a great venue and organization. We've seen a few performances at a couple of their theatres. My favorite is likely the most intimate space, The Black Box Theatre. The other larger space is well laid out, just bigger. I love the creativity and variety of their offerings. We've seen so many great shows. Def will return. And, the last time we were there, we learned about their spring plant sale that took place in their parking lot. Who knew? We went and really appreciated the local community collaboration.
