Bella Diva offers such a healthy dance environment that is accepting and supportive of EVERYONE!! All body types, abilities, genders, orientations, and ages are welcome! The instructors are the best in the Denver area, imho! I personally love their Bellydance, Bollywood, and Samba classes! I drive 30 min-1hr just to learn from the best! I love that there's room for everyone to shine and we all support each other! I have definitely made some of my closest friends over the years dancing there! 10/10 recommend! Bella Diva's World Dance has amazing instructors that I took for Samba Dance and Tahiti. Grace Ochs was incredibly welcoming for Samba, and she even shared useful videos on Youtube for us to perfect the choreography. I absolutely fell in love with April Johnson, she and other classmates of mine (Shayna) were absolutely so much fun to dance with. The studios are so much fun, and just a fun way to get into shape. I am waiting for Covid-19 to be lifted so I can save up more mula, and join the classes once again. They have virtual classes online, but I prefer the physical classes! Keeps me motivated and disciplined. The Bella Diva community is also very big and super inspirational! I never felt that I didn't belong!! So much fun to try read more

Caelyn has been a professional dancer and instructor for years, and it shows. Every time she's onstage she positively radiates, and when she is with a student she emanates patience and inspiration. I go see her (and her ever rotating crew) perform any chance I get and I highly recommend her instruction! They are opening their new location this month and it looks fabulous. It has transformed me as a dancer and a person, changing my perspective on life and my confidence in myself. I've made close friends of every age, learning about feminine power as well as studying different cultures and countries, all while getting extremely fit and having an amazing time. I walked in there on a humbug to try a belly class, 6 months later I'm taking pretty much everything they have to offer. Plus I have my daughters taking classes there too, PLUS some friends of theirs! Truly life changing experience. You are not going to get just a dance class you are going to get a sisterhood, a community outreach, and a chance to bring out your inner superstar performer. I really appreciate that it's more than dance fitness, they truly respect and pay homage to the cultures of dance that they teach. You will get educated on the people and the history behind the different dance genres. You are going to see a wide variety of ages, ethnicities, body types, and social/economic backgrounds. There is no cattiness, no diva attitudes despite their title; people genuinely seem to accept each other and are there to embrace the time to share in dance. Each teacher has their own passions and invite you to participate in really fun community ventures for great causes. It is also voluntary, and highly recommended that you try out at least one of their student showcases they host each year. You may not think you have it in you, but I promise you do, and these lovely ladies will give you all the support, training and encouragement to make you feel like a superstar. After reading the reviews I signed up for a 4 week session of Beginners Samba and I couldn't be more pleased. Erin, the instructor, is so welcoming. She makes it a point to learn each person's name and make them feel like they've been there for years. I knew nothing about Samba but was completely comfortable fumbling through my first few classes here. I am learning and laughing a ton on top of working my butt off (wear something you can move and sweat in). I will definitely be signing up for another session. What an amazing group of strong women leading this company. Caitlin works hard in every aspect and it is easy to see. Classes always incorporate fluid movements and strength exercises. Every class has left me feeling empowered physically and mentally. BDD shows are an exciting adventure through the world by dance featuring the entire dance company and guest performers AND in a really fun location. Smaller then expected. But a nice studio. Instructors are great as well. Only thing that keeps me from not going is they don't offer a punch card. My schedule is forever changing and I can't commit to their 4 week sessions that can only be used on the one specific class. But they do offer unlimited monthly rates and drop in rates with no restrictions. I just find it odd that they don't offer a punch card. At any rate, try it. It might be for you. read more
