Incredibly unprofessional in every sense of the word. i'm actually really disappointed and some what disgusted at how my organization was treated. first of all they never respond to calls or emails and never call back if you leave a message. I literally had to stop by twice (of which i couldn't find them once because they decided to leave for the week without even posting a message on their door). second, they take forever to get things done. third and most importantly after hours of discussion, weeks of waiting for them to do something and finally getting things started we were refused service because the owner, Brian, didn't approve of our organization (an educational human rights organization). sure you have the right to serve who you want and we respect that but you were very aware of our organization from the beginning and after literally two months you decide you don't want to serve us? well giving you a bad review is the least we can do. and we will be sure that our affiliates never do business with you. read more

I have been a regular customer of Duds By Dudes for he last 3 years. I am the Athletic Director at a San Diego area High School and regularly am placing custom orders for uniforms, Jerseys, Shirts, Sweats, Pants, Pens, Pencils, Banners, ETC... Duds By Dudes can handle any printing job I can think up. The staff is talented and good at what they do, not to mention always friendly and quick to respond. The quality is always top notch and done right. We have never had any cracking or peeling on any project they have done. In fact, they caught a slight imperfection on an order one time and quickly fixed it without me ever knowing. Time: I have had other companies quote a quicker turn around before but the job never seems to be done on time or correctly. Duds By Dudes is always done in a realistic amount of time but if you need something really fast they can do that too. Price: They are always honest about price and will tell you if you can do it cheaper somewhere else (But you probably can't). I placed a Large order with another company this past winter and consulted Duds By Dudes about it first, they told me it would be about 5% cheaper to use another company, but warmed me that the service and turn around would not be as good. I wish I had listened, I had a terrible experience with the other company. Service: Replies are prompt and professional. The staff knows what they are doing and can help you get exactly what you want. Selection: Duds By Dudes has so many connections in the industry that they can get you any brand of merchandise you want. That is especially important because they are able to provide products in every price range, so that you get the most bang for your buck. Amazing customer service . I realized that I forgot to put my sons # on his hat once I received my order. I was so worried I was going to have to purchase new ones . I contacted Duds by Dudes on Saturday at noon and they responded to my email 2 hours later . They told me I did not need to purchase new ones, that they would add the numbers for me . We placed an order with duds by dudes and received it within the promised time frame. We excitedly open the box, and we're like, Huh??? "this isn't what we ordered" so we called them to clear up the confusion. We quickly learned that we had ordered the wrong product and the wrong stitching style. This was 100% our fault. We still wanted the product we had originally envisioned. We asked if there's any price break they could give us on a new order with the correct style and the correct stitching pattern. They quickly said no problem and gave us an amazing deal on a new order. This is service that's hard to find these days. I have been reading reviews on Yelp for quite a while, but this is the first time I have been compelled to write one. A couple of weeks before Christmas, I found myself in a little bit of a bind. After ordering a clothing item from Amazon, and finding out that it wasn't what I expected, I had to return it and have the correct item expedited, leaving me only with two days to get my gift personalized before heading home for the holidays. Long story short, I took my adult sized onesie pajamas (awesome) into Duds By Dudes, and had an excellent customer service experience. These guys helped me determine what would be the best and most cost effective way to get a logo and name printed on my onesie. They not only printed the exact logo that I provided, and helped pick out a great script font for the personalized name, but were able to turn around my product by the next day--leaving me with an awesome gift to give as I headed home for the holidays. I highly recommend Duds By Dudes. The guys are super friendly, and the quality/service was excellent and very reasonable priced. read more

There isn't a screen printing category, but thats what the "Dudes" do. They guarantee the lowest price and I think that is pretty accurate. I have used them twice now, for an annual charity walk team. I think it is just a few guys that do this on the side, but they are professional and the shirts are made quickly. They are a bit slow to respond via email, but nothing unbearable. Overall, they are great to work with and the shirts look pretty snazzy! They will also give you a discount of a few bucks per shirt if you let them put their logo on the shirt as well. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. Ordered only 27 shirts and they messed up in every aspect: service, delivery and product. Product: I was told that the colors would need changing and they gave me a proof with changed colors. The only color changing was on one side and they changed words on the back. I didn't notice on the small print proof and they wouldn't fix the mistake. Service: I was told that the shirts would be done on Wednesday the 14th and I could pick them up from 9:00am to 5:00pm. I arrived at around 4:00pm and was told that they weren't done. Apparently I am supposed to know they call when they are ready when I had an email saying I could pick them up at any time. Then, I was told they would be delivered no later than 6:00pm, which was enough time to hand them out for my event on the following day. I waited and waited and finally at 6:40 I received a call informing me that the driver would not be able to deliver them until late that night. When I finally received them well after 7, it was much too late. This was fine until when I finally got to distribute them someone realized the back image was wrong. Product: When I finally got the shirts I found out that one of the names on the back was mispelled. The options I was given were terrbile and extremely pricey. Two different employees told me different things and when one made a mistake the other told me otherwise. Didn't take responsibility for their mistakes and now I'm left with a terrible product. I would recommend going somewhere else for any orders as I would never wish anyone to have to experience the trouble I have had with my order in this company. read more

I recently ordered shirts for a non profit student group at my university, and they were more than helpful with every aspect of the ordering process as well as delivering quickly and exactly when they said they would. I have never designed or ordered screen printed shirts for a group before, and I will definitely be returning to them again. I inquired about a month before placing our order, going back and forth with their design team to help us make our images and logo exactly how we wanted. They were incredibly understanding every time I wanted to make a change like shirt color, print color, etc (and this happened a lot!) and literally responded to my emails within 5-10 min every time we communicated. They have people who work on specific aspects of the printing/ordering process and forward emails to each other, and when something was too difficult to work out through email, I received prompt phone calls from the person who could answer my questions best. Once we landed on a final decision, they said it would take 10 days to receive my shirts, but I got them in 7 days and they had to ship them out of state! I was very very impressed. Their pricing was competitive, and they even gave us a few deals so this was no problem. We LOVE our shirts. We have used Duds by Dudes for custom T shirts twice so far: (1) for a 90th birthday celebration at Rancho La Puerta and (2) for a non-profit arts organization I work with, Mango Art. The guys gave us such fair pricing, I was totally stunned that the shirts could be so affordable. Quality is really good too, no complaints on any front. When I ordered the Mango Art shirts, the organization didn't really have a logo so the Dudes helped us with the artwork. Very shady. They outsourced the printing of a booklet for my company and after we sent them the print-ready files, they added "Printed by Duds by Dudes" and their website to the back page in a very large font, without approval from us, and sent our files off to be printed. So, basically, they took credit for another company's printing, changed our artwork without notifying us, and also sent us 40% fewer booklets than we agreed upon. Don't trust them. read more
