We knew no Italian but came here because we were staying closeby and saw on Yelp that it would be open later than most Italian markets. We wanted to buy a bit of meat and cheese to bring back to the United States with us, and we didn't want to pay touristy premiums. This was a great place for that. We somehow communicated with the butcher who knew not a word of English. He was very kind, and after a good deal of pantomime and the words we looked up ahead of time on Google translate, we walked back to our place with a HUGE hunk of proscuitto and a big wedge of Caciocavallo for 20 euros even.
