This store is now a convenient ground floor location for "The Rise" student housing area. Why was I here? Wine for the room and a charge cord to replace the one I left behind from home back in Nevada. Walking into a CVS is a lot of "same old - same old", but I did find what I was looking for and with a very nice and interactive service experience at check-out.

I had no engagement with staff while in the store so can't comment on that bit. I took a Waymo so can't comment on parking either but I was a little confused at first by the different set up here. They have 2 stories! So if you're looking for something and don't see it on the first floor, head up the stairs and it'll probably be there. They do have an elevator, as well, if needed. By the registers, they have 3 Self Checkouts for easy self-serve shopping. One staff was monitoring the operations but it was a seamless experience for me. You just gotta keep in mind you are downtown so you may encounter unhomed people and all that comes with that.

We have three prescriptions that we get filled monthly, and there is never a wait to pick up the pills. There is a drive-thru window, but we like to go in. The staff is very friendly and efficient. A year ago my husband had a terrible rash on his chest. I went to Sanitarium and spoke to the pharmacist about it. He asked what the rash looked like, was it spreading, and suggested that it was a heat rash, and a medicated over-the-counter powder would help. I went back three days later to thank the pharmacist and tell him the rash was almost gone, and my husband was no longer in agony!
