On hold a total of one hour and forty-five minutes. When my daughter arrived to pick up the prescription they didn't even have it. Because of them, we are starting this blood work, paperwork, urine test, back to the doctor, back to the lab, back to website for confirmation, back to the lab, back to the doctor and finally back to the pharmacy process again. When he called they had him on hold for 5 min before someone answered and asked him to hold, then they had him on hold for 15 min. I called and they instantly picked up and where friendly- once we told them his information so we could ask about his prescription however they became rude and hung up on us halfway through us trying to figure out what was going on and why they hadn't communicate with us or the doctor. This is particularly frustrating because he literally needs the medication to live. I've been there with him 2 other times where we have gone in and they have been rude and acted like we are stupid. They are not kind or caring. We have had positive experiences with the nurses who did the covid shots and the general staff, but the pharmacy has had this attitude towards us several times and it is not ok. This is enough for me to never want to step foot in this store again because the pharmacy really seems like they could care less if their patients die.

I had switched to VFP many, many years ago and I am so glad that I did as I have always had top notch service with each and every script, which says a lot as I have 10+ scripts!! I enjoy utilizing their after hours call in, which I appreciate tremendously as there are times that I have 5+ refill requests which may take 3+ minutes on refills which is cumbersome. Though, I did love their grocery store too, so choosing their pharmacy wasn't a stretch for me!!!

They have gotten faster about filling prescriptions than they used to be, and have a nice phone system that notifies you when it is ready. My doctor failed to call in a refill, as promised, which put me in a bad situation. The pharmacy immediately called his office, straightened things out, and in 20 minutes I had my meds. Good folks.
