I had no engagement with staff while in the store so can't comment on that bit. I took a Waymo so can't comment on parking either but I was a little confused at first by the different set up here. They have 2 stories! So if you're looking for something and don't see it on the first floor, head up the stairs and it'll probably be there. They do have an elevator, as well, if needed. By the registers, they have 3 Self Checkouts for easy self-serve shopping. One staff was monitoring the operations but it was a seamless experience for me. You just gotta keep in mind you are downtown so you may encounter unhomed people and all that comes with that.

We have three prescriptions that we get filled monthly, and there is never a wait to pick up the pills. There is a drive-thru window, but we like to go in. The staff is very friendly and efficient. A year ago my husband had a terrible rash on his chest. I went to Sanitarium and spoke to the pharmacist about it. He asked what the rash looked like, was it spreading, and suggested that it was a heat rash, and a medicated over-the-counter powder would help. I went back three days later to thank the pharmacist and tell him the rash was almost gone, and my husband was no longer in agony!

Had me to take both out of the boxes(not small items, I'm 70) so she could inspect, complained about string hanging from a seam, they were dusty. Then she called, a manager‍, who she ran to, to give her opinion before reaching me! So he says, "you can speak to another manager", I'm waiting, then he said "he's not in today‍, I refuse this return!" Monday I took the same items to Brenham Tx Walmart! Sweet cashier, view purchased on my cell, didn't ask me to un-box them, only asked if anything was wrong with them, I told her they were beautiful, but uncomfortable, she didn't even want to look in the box‍! Refund in 5 minute! It was an ONLINE PURCHASE, even if I had returned the order in pieces, it was none of the "wig wearers business!" I was not happy because she took things personal, she don't own the store and she has her position & roles mixed up! I also felt like she had this hold over her co-workers because they acted scared to speak up or give their opinions! She's probably one who cries racism all the time! I am a brown American, not being racist, but she treated me wrong, I was pissed, she was totally out of line! Someone needs to correct her!
