I don't know if the products are cheap here or not. I got a Esteelauder advance night repair, $147for 100ml. Just FYI

This lounge is ok... The men's shower has been nonfunctional for months (seriously, how hard is it…read moreto get someone out to fix it?!) and so has the espresso machine. You can only get pre-brewed drip coffee here. I went during lunch. They updated their soups to to winder vegetable soup and creamy Thai chicken & rice soup, while there's still teriyaki tofu rice and chicken and vegetable rice. There is a choice of two salads: kale based and spring mix based. If you're feeling a little bit indulgent, potato chips and dip are available as is chocolate pudding. There are also the requisite chocolate chip cookies. Large picture windows reveal airplane hangers and Mt. Rainer in the background. The lighting is much better than the other lounge. This is an OK lounge; I wish they made repairs in a timely fashion.

Flying out at 8am to IAD, I walked all the way to near Gate A11 to find a narrow staircase leading to the lounge. The line waiting to be checked in was disheartening, but eventually we all go it. The carpet makes a horrible impression. It's dirty and gross, but if you can look past it, you'll find a good selection of breakfast food- cereal, muffins, fruit, egg bites, yogurt, and juices. There's a small espresso machine that makes all the basic coffee drinks. It's not great coffee, but gets the job done. There's plenty of seats, but not many tables so expect to eat your food from plates on your lap or work from your laptop on your knees. There aren't many outlets either. Overall, it's a decent experience. Not amazing, but gets the job done.

After a gritty over crowded underground train ride the doors open and a mad rush of human waist head for the escalators. I'm included in that afterbirth of people but I'm special. I skip the shops and head for "THE LOUNGE"! Alaska Airlines has their premium lounge for people who pay to be pampered and of coarse I pay for that privilege... I enjoy the spectacular view of planes taking off while having unlimited tasty beverage ( sometimes alcohol ) and typically morning goodies. This refuge allows me to hide out from the scourge of humanity waiting for a plane to somewhere... Ok, there are plenty of dining and beverage places to wet your whistle including a Wendy's can you believe it... In fact grabbing a chili for my flight is a wonderful idea. It will keep the travel people away from me as I'll donate some of myTreblinka fumes into the ozone layer... Moving onto the shopping well many opportunity's to purchase candy or clothing and maybe even a silly souvenir of our local sports team. Enjoy your experience and have a wonderful flight! And please folks one reminder DO NOT WHISTLE while you walk around, it's annoying!

Date of visit: July 22, 2025…read more The concept of the different "pods" of gates to help control traffic (likely both people and planes!) is a nice one, but the biggest issue I have with it is that you are unable to walk everywhere you need to go and have to rely on the trams to get you where you need to be if you have a connecting flight. I wish all airports would let you stretch your legs and strut from one end of the terminals to the other, like Atlanta does. All that being said, SEA and the North Satellite Terminal are in overall good condition and the letter/numbering system is straightforward and easy to follow. Like most airports, stairs are an after-thought yet all of the escalators and aforementioned trams were in good condition.

The new United Club will not open until 2027 in the B terminal so the crowds will likely continue to be small. Guess I will just add to my step count whenever i stop b next year! Decor is typical of the UC and in good shape. Front of the club looks down at A terminal. in the back there was no views but roomier and quieter away from the buffet and bar. Lots of power and USB outlets available. The food was average this time with tomato bisque soup, ginger chicken and rice, pad Thai salad, vegetarian wrap, cold cuts, fruits, 3 desserts (brownies, chocolate chip cookies and some fancy poundcake) and a ham slider. Food was just being replenished when I wandered through. Full bar in the back for those who wish to imbibe a bit before their flight. Coffee machine and water were located separately in their own section by the front of the club. Staff were nice, smiled and came by to pick up used dishes regularly.

All I saw was bagels/toast, fruit and oatmeal. No eggs/sausage/bacon or perhaps some sort of salad. There wasn't even coffee available. Perhaps they weren't ready yet? Although everything was clean, it seemed to be disorganized.
