The SEATAC United Club is an OG basic club. The space is fortunately roomy. The food is limited selection. The service is friendly and kind. Located by Gate A10, they are a bit out of the way nowadays because their flights moved to B gates. Plan on walking 13 minutes between lounge and gates according to their sign. We did the walk in 9 minutes. During breakfast time, they had a pretty good egg salad croissant sandwich and fresh berries. The photos posted by others are accurate. read more

The Seattle United Club is old school. There is a fair amount of space and the staff were friendly. They lacked in the food offerings compared to some other Clubs. Granted this is not a hub so one does not expect too much. This Club also is pretty far away from the gates so it is either good exercise or an inconvenience. read more

Now that United was flying out of the B terminal this United Club wasn't anywhere near capacity. Maybe a dozen guest at most the day of my flight. The new United Club will not open until 2027 in the B terminal so the crowds will likely continue to be small. Guess I will just add to my step count whenever i stop b next year! Decor is typical of the UC and in good shape. Front of the club looks down at A terminal. in the back there was no views but roomier and quieter away from the buffet and bar. Lots of power and USB outlets available. The food was average this time with tomato bisque soup, ginger chicken and rice, pad Thai salad, vegetarian wrap, cold cuts, fruits, 3 desserts (brownies, chocolate chip cookies and some fancy poundcake) and a ham slider. Food was just being replenished when I wandered through. Full bar in the back for those who wish to imbibe a bit before their flight. Coffee machine and water were located separately in their own section by the front of the club. Staff were nice, smiled and came by to pick up used dishes regularly. read more

Inconsistent food and this lounge was particularly small. It was quiet when I got there, but then again, it was 4:45 in the morning. There wasn't much to eat. All I saw was bagels/toast, fruit and oatmeal. No eggs/sausage/bacon or perhaps some sort of salad. There wasn't even coffee available. Perhaps they weren't ready yet? The club is located between gates A10 & A11 and since I had a free pass from my United credited card I decided to check it out. It's small, but wasn't crowded at all on Friday night after Thanksgiving. The staff at the front desk were warm and welcoming. The bar was unattended when I first arrived, but the food bar was full. I had a turkey sandwich, BBQ, cheese and crackers and a cookie. There are only a few patrons here so there are plenty of spaces to sit and relax before my flight. read more

In the past, I've typically traveled with Delta. And the policy at the time was that if you were traveling internationally, you could use the lounge for the US travel portion. So what would be my surprise holding a ticket from Seattle to LAX in first class, as part of a single business class booking to Asia, and not be allowed to the lounge. While this probably the smallest domestic United Club, it's actually a very quiet, well staffed, and cozy place to rest prior to or in between flights. You will find this club in A Terminal (south terminal to many) and on the second floor as you're heading towards the A10-A13 gates. United doesn't maintain a big presence at SeaTac as it's dominated by Alaska and Delta. But having a United Club here and keeping an accessible and friendly presence for United Mileage Plus members is always a welcome thing. Non-hub Clubs don't have to be the size of a new Denver one (btw it's like 4-stories tall with wild artwork and feels like a JW Marriott) but they do have to have comfy seating a staffed bar and some semblance of fresh and hot food. I'm giving this lounge 3.5 to 4 stars. It's super small. When I visited on 9/6/23, it was busy and crowded. They have basic but fresh food (soup, salad bar, sandwich squares, sweets) and a bar. I was thankful to eat some fresh salad! Yummy pasta salad and mixed vegetables. I had to make up for eating unhealthy food on my vacation :/ The German chocolate cake was soft and tasty. Had a cup of mixed nuts and a prepared turkey focaccia sandwich square to bring onto my flight which was a great idea since there was no lunch service. This lounge saved me from starving on my flight from SEA to SFO. Glad it's here and super glad I had a lounge pass to use! read more

With the United Mileage card, I get free access to United Lounge when I fly United. Between my husband and I, we have access to both Club at Sea and United. Personally, I like the United Lounge better because it is much more spacious and have better food. Staff are very nice and always go out of their way to help you. Good selection of food, with basics. Sandwiches, soup, salad, and one hot item. Dessert is a hit and miss. Coffee/latte is decent. If you compare to other United Lounges at other airport, it is much smaller, but it's clean, spacious and quiet. read more

Female bartender didn't seem like she wanted to be there and I have visited this lounge on several times. My experience was good. I had the one time pass and I was able to enter the club with it. The club has a small selection of food and snacks, coffee and tea and a bar that offers complimentary and "premium" drinks for sale. I had some soup, a salad and a piece if chicken wrap. With some desserts and coffee. There were enough tables to sit and wait for your flight, charging outlets and bathrooms. It was clean and the staff kept refilling most items. With that said, I'd probably not pay the fee if I didn't already have the pass. read more

Was here last week for 2.5 hours and like my previous review from 2022, this UA Club is smaller than the bigger Clubs in the major metroploitan cities like , JFK, EWR, LAX, HNL, etc. Prime seating for me is the 4 small tables that are booth style that lead to the bar area as it offers more privacy and I'm able to lay out my work. Offering for lunch/dinner are the usual faire. This Club like the others works for me as I am able to get so much done while waiting for my flight to depart. read more

For a satellite club it's pretty nice especially compared to some of the ones I've seen out east. Newer furniture. The neutral colors and low back sofa chairs. Power outlets that pop out of the center of the table. Same stuff as Chicago B concourse. Food recently has gotten interesting with the addition of what I can only call Pancit bihon. Label said some kind of teriyaki noodle thing but that's pancit bro. A staff full of chismosa's running around thay gonna be pancit . I actually cant put my finger on what they did to this. Let's just call it whitening...like the soap your ate uses for that prized fair skin. And like your ate you know its authentic but also adjusted for a target audience (minus the green card of course). Soup is your regular rotation. Salad is also usual stuff. Charcuterie and humus as localized options. Breakfast is usually oatmeal and those prefoldwd cheese eggs that put the "tot" in utot. read more

Was told I'm not allowed into the club earlier than 3hrs before my flight due to cruises? Quiet, cozy, and nearly empty this Sunday morning. There is only pre-packaged breakfast foods, like fruit, cereal, bagel, oatmeal, boiled eggs. No drinks via self-serve, but there is a bar. I don't have any singles to tip so I'll probably skip the Diet Coke I'd been hoping for. Smaller than other United Clubs, but not crowded and exceptionally clean. Modern decor. I have a United credit card and so every year I get two passes for United Club. Although I prefer the Centurion Lounge, the United Club is open later than the CL. So after I spent some time at the CL until closing time, i made my way here to the United Club. Getting in is easy: scan the pass, scan the boarding pass and entry is granted. Unlike the Centurion Lounge, the club was empty at about 10:00 pm. By the bar, there was some cookies and brownies, along with salad and soup but I didn't see any real food except for some sandwiches in a covered tray. I thought the sandwiches looked very unappetizing and I didn't even touch it. Throughout the club, you'll see signs with the WiFi password that I assume changes daily. There was a bar and I assumed the drinks are complimentary but I didn't get anything for myself. Personally, I feel like the Centurion Lounge is better when it comes to food and drinks. However, since the United Club doesn't give you a time limit of when you can show up, closes later, and has larger restrooms, I can see myself hanging out here. It's not the experience it used to be. Happy employees have been replaced by overworked, obviously ill employees. The good is gone and has been replaced by snacks. I've spent many hours in United Clubs domestically and abroad and by no mean are they all created equal. I really enjoyed the few hours I spent here, it offers most of the amenities that the other clubs offer, the ambiance here was especially nice, it's nicely broken up into sections to allow a certain amount of privacy; to have a conversation or make a call. I really like the separation between the lobby area and the seating area as well as the bar area. The decor is modern and the seating is fairly comfortable I guess the design of the furnishings can't promote sleep or this place would turn into some kind of layover lounge that probably wouldn't be good. The staff here was really outgoing and friendly, if you consider the alternative this place is off the charts nice, if I have one thing that I see that could use a refresher is the food selections it seems the menus across all the United Clubs have run their course, there are some staples that you never want to totally disappear but most items need to be reviewed for replacement... read more

As I travel a lot I've never been to the United lounge but today I was going from SEA SFO LAX I was at the airport all day so I decided to try out the lounge as I approached to buy a day pass the lady in front was very helpful and joyful she took care of me right away, as I proceeded inside I took a seat near the food bar and checked out the food options to see there was a variety of snacks but not many entrees they had 1 type of slider that day with many types of salad and other options and many drinks. The seats mostly have chargers with is very convenient, overall good experience knowing this isn't a hub for United it's still a good value, 4/5 wish they would've had more food options then snacks! read more

Bartender was extremely rude and acted annoyed anytime I ordered a drink. Which is ridiculous since all drinks other than water/coffee have to come from the bar. Buffet was constantly out of plates. Pleasantly quiet lounge. Not very big so perhaps they don't get that many travelers here. Plenty of tables to work on and charge your devices. On the day we visited, they were serving salad, cold pasta, cheese, bread, chicken noodle soup, fruit (including tangerines), cookies/brownies, and some pretzel-type snacks. Not as fancy compared to some United Clubs we've been at, but decent. They don't have a self-serve soda machine like many other United Clubs, so if you want a soda, you have to ask the bartender to get one for you. We usually tend to skip drinks in those situations because then we feel like we should tip them. :P Probably better to stick with water anyways. Great place for passing time while waiting for your flight. I like our current spot, overlooking the Tax & Duty Free shop below. Beats staring at a wall! read more

Visited as I have time to spare. This united club is situated upstairs. The front desk lady greeted me and informed me about my connecting flight status, which was nice. Plenty of space to eat and eat or lounge, very quiet. I was here early so they had breakfast, pretty full selection egg omelette, potatoes sausage hash, cheese, bread, muffins, yogurt, cottage cheese, fruits nuts, oatmeal and a bar. The food exceeded my expectations as I thought it would just be a breakfast sandwich. I really wanted to get a mimosa but it was too early so I had coffee. Cleanup crew was very efficient. Women's bathroom has 2 large stalls and there is a bathroom for both gender, and a means bathroom. It was pleasant being in this lounge. read more

POC - They will deny you service, even if you are flying business class. I was flying Thursday, August 24, walked in, scanned by boarding pass and lounge pass, and was told that because I wasn't flying international, I could not access the club. Funnily enough, my white husband is traveling today, same type of ticket and pass, and he got the welcome roll out. Very frustrating, very disappointing, and just very sad. I haven't changed my opinion about this specific club. In my opinion it is to plastic and sanitary, not at all like the older club in the north terminal...not very warm and inviting. With that said, this club does have all the amenites advertised...bar, chairs, tables, plenty of power outlets...there is now "hardware" on the bathroom door. The ladies greeting you when you first arrive are awesome and represent United nicely. I guess because this is now the only United Club at Sea-Tac that I better accept it for what it is...and try to enjoy it...!!! read more

I've been in a lot of United Clubs all across North America. This was my first time at the United Club at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport - located on Concourse A. You can take the stairs or the elevator up a level to the United Club. Two ladies working the desk cheerfully greeted me and checked me in. The place feels, as others have stated, very modern and somewhat cold. I'd agree with these statements - it does need some sort of decor work done. Having said that, the place was very clean and well maintained. The Mens restroom was very clean and well maintained. It was a bit on the small side, however. There are electrical outlets all over the place. The round tables have a cylinder in the center of them. If you depress the cylinder, it will then rise up out of the center of the table revealing electrical outlets! Very cool design! One side of the Club overlooks part of the Airport, while the other side overlooks the Concourse A below. I spent a couple of hours in here working, and charging up the MacBook Pro and iPhone before boarding the long flight back to Dulles. read more

Don't get me wrong, there are many international lounges that we've been to that are so great, but I've been visiting the United Club Lounge next to gate A9 for the past five years and it's always been a great location with a friendly staff. It's great for work travel visits as well as visits with the family when traveling on vacation. Just a note if you plan to bring kids. This location is primarily a work travel and adult travel location but everyone has been really great and friendly so we've never had a problem. Here's a pro tip on how to get your caffeine fix if you're looking for soda. Rather than get frustrated or think there's no soda, calmly go to the bar and ask for it. I've heard so many people angry that there's no self serve soda and in some instances people think there is no soda in this lounge. As proof that soda exists, see the picture attached to the review! A kinda bad experience trying to check in, I had a travel bundle with the club pass but my boarding pass either didn't scan the first time or the woman at the front desk didn't read whatever info the scan gave her correctly. If it didn't scan the first time, she really ought to have known, I can't tell from the other side of the desk. The result was that they told me that I didn't have access, when I came back with my confirmations from the United website they spent forever telling me I needed all kinds of info like mileage plus numbers, one time pass screenshots when the whole time the access is just linked to your boarding pass. They even took my phone to read my confirmation and still missed that it was a bundle 2 times. Then finally one woman realized it was a bundle and scanned my boarding pass again. It took forever and was embarrassing and frustrating when they were acting like I couldn't come in even though we'd paid for it. there's no refunds on bundles either, so I would have lost out if I hadn't been so insistent. They need better training at the front desk if all 3 women couldn't figure it out. The actual club it self is pretty not worth it, kinda dirty bathrooms, and not much seating for how many people were in there. Food options were few and unappealing, the best looking things were just the regular fruit. I just didn't have any. I would not pay for this experience again. I could have had an equally comfortable seat at my gate. read more

Nice to see changes and upgrades happening here. The United Lounge is so new the Coffee machine still doesn't work yet. The old one at the N gate was depressing and small since it was underground. The Native art made it feel like a defunct museum. The B gate Continental Lounge had a Gentleman's club feel about it with all its wood paneling. This new one is double in size, consistently modern through and through, like a space station, and it's on a mezzanine so it's plenty bright. Food still sucks though. read more

Ok - I knocked off a star bc the food serving is par. (Not bad. Not spectacular.) I may have just come on an extraordinary day when the club was relatively empty and quiet ...so I really got to enjoy an airport lounge as it's meant to be (solace from the hustle of the terminal and a cushier seat to wait around for you flight in). WHAT SET THIS LOUGE APART FOR ME WAS - how amazingly helpful the front desk was during my chaotic trip back home from SEA to SFO. (Was mercury in retrograde or something?!) my original flight was cancelled - so I finagled my way on to an earlier flight that had been delayed a few hours. I got a page from the front desk where they informed me that my new flight was delayed even later and asked me if I wanted to consider being on standby for another flight that was supposed to leave in the AM but was still grounded (thank you SF Stormageddon 2019) She was nice enough to console me (could she see the defeat in my eyes?? LOL), encourage me and even call over to the gate to confirm logistically what I needed to do to try and squeeze onto this flight. (TBH, I most likely wouldn't have gotten this level of service at the United Club in SFO...sad to say) Other than that - this club is definitely much more updated than SFOs. The ladies here are so so clean and perfect. I was so impressed. It's quiet and relaxing I would recommend anyone to join United airlines club so you get the 5 star experience. Cant go wrong cheese and wine help ease the jet lag. Im really appreciative of the Asian ladies taking care of me and everyone else. I was stuck for almost 12 hours.
