Let's start with NOT GUILTY !!!!!! I BEAT MY DUI CASE WITH THE HELP OF DUI DOCTOR Don't let the system win. If there is any doubt or hesitation you have about your case don't give in. From the start I pleaded my innocence from the beginning and even conducted my own investigation. However, I needed to seek additional assistance in which I searched immediately for a lawyer and Adam with DUI DOCTOR law firm stood out. There were so many discrepancies about my case that i felt wasn't right and I refused to just accept what they wanted which would've resulted in a false charge on my record, misdemeanor and a breathalyzer. I could never. Driving under the influence should mean exactly that. I wasn't and would never I was parked for over an hour when I was approached by law enforcement officers. Even though the car was on, there was never an intent to drive. I've never been one to drink and then operate a vehicle. I always recommend sleeping it off or calling a lyft. Just be safe. I was safe that night. Me and my friend were parked in a private isolated area. He was passed out in the passenger seat and I was originally in the backseat. I got cold and moved to the front drivers seat to turn the heater on and charge my phone but I ended up knocking right back out. Long story short woke up to the cops, and went through the whole 9 yards. My friend was so wasted they almost got rushed to the hospital but finally woke up in time. Of course I got taken in by default due to sitting in the drivers seat. Mind you this is early morning around 4am going into the 4th of July. I go to holding for 4 hrs and was released that morning around 8. Waited a year almost they asked if I wanted to take the responsibility of getting a DUI. I declined and reached out to Adam and his services. I knew from the moment I was arrested that I wanted to fight my case. There were so many discrepancies from the time Security saw us. Security was too scared to approach us because he thought we had a weapon go figure. So he called the cops. They tried to say that I had crashed through construction barriers ( False). So after I was released, we went back to the scene and I was like well they're claiming that I went through the barriers wouldn't there be marks on the car cause you just can't crash into barriers and there not be one mark. Also if I crashed into the barriers why wouldn't I just have continued to keep driving into the wall. It made absolutely no sense. In addition when cops arrived, they observed the car for more than 45 minutes which they admitted in trial. So how did I have the intent to drive HELLO!!! So let's fast forward to trial, we're here at trial the nurse that was supposed to confirm my test results from the BAC to which I was only .2% above the legal limit. She just nods her head and quickly reading over the paperwork, but she doesn't confirm the signatures. Blood got thrown out.Also the main deputy that pulled me over started off with stating that on March 2022 which both me and my lawyer caught on too,keep in mind guys this happened July 4th of 2021. I rest my case I don't need to go any further get you an ADAM from DUI DOCTOR!!!!!!!! He helped me so much in representing my truth and standing ground to protect my innocence. I told him I wasn't accepting anything less and you guys don't have too either just have your facts right. He told me was at risk but I was ready to fight and it more than paid off.
