Oh boy where do I start. My case was pretty complicated cuz DETR/PUA made some errors on my account and double charged me twice on a few cases (surprise surprise), it was a total nightmare for me. DETR decided 1 year after my benefits ended that I never even qualified for PUA in the first place and said they overpaid me by 43k and I needed to pay them back. Needless to say I felt trapped and didn't know how to go about getting this error of theirs fixed. Thank God I found Mr. Gronich, he was such a life saver! He made me feel like he would handle it and I no longer had to worry about it anymore. Long story short, he dealt with all of my cases and in the end had my whole "43k overpayment" fixed and down to a zero balance so I owed them nothing. Without him I would have never known the laws and never been able to defend myself in my hearing. He took care of all of that and then some!
