Oh boy where do I start. My case was pretty complicated cuz DETR/PUA made some errors on my account and double charged me twice on a few cases (surprise surprise), it was a total nightmare for me. DETR decided 1 year after my benefits ended that I never even qualified for PUA in the first place and said they overpaid me by 43k and I needed to pay them back. Needless to say I felt trapped and didn't know how to go about getting this error of theirs fixed. Thank God I found Mr. Gronich, he was such a life saver! He made me feel like he would handle it and I no longer had to worry about it anymore. Long story short, he dealt with all of my cases and in the end had my whole "43k overpayment" fixed and down to a zero balance so I owed them nothing. Without him I would have never known the laws and never been able to defend myself in my hearing. He took care of all of that and then some! He basically called them out for their errors and made them fix it. Calling Mr. Gronich was the best decision I could have ever made regarding my case.
