Unfortunately, the checkout experience completely ruined this visit. There were only self-checkout registers open and just one employee assisting customers. When one of the registers double-scanned an item, I needed help to fix it. It took nearly 20 minutes to get assistance because the single employee was overwhelmed helping multiple people. I understand staffing challenges happen, but waiting that long just to fix a scanning error is frustrating and unacceptable. If the store is going to rely primarily on self-checkout, there needs to be adequate staff available to assist customers quickly when issues come up. Great products, but the checkout process seriously needs improvement.

Realistically, you're guaranteed a better atmosphere, a better community, and better prices at any other game shop in the area: Active Imagination, Twin Suns...hell, even Walmart gives these clowns a run for their money.

Seriously though the guy who helped me was so kind and a huge part of what made the experience great. He claims that his excuse to ignore my questions is because his store only works traditional business hours but he ghosted me at 1:00 p:m only to message me the next day at 5:30 to tell me that he refunded my payment....
